It was ran down there was stains on the beds and sheets the wall paper is peeling in the bathroom holes in the walls the breakfast sucks pool wasn't operational to be honest the whole experience wasn't good at all

THIS IS NONSENSE
Upon entrying room, there is a musty moldy smell. I sat on my bed and the whole bed came undone, 2 flat sheets had been used to make bed and they did not go over mattress cover, the toilet sticks out so far, the door to bathroom is stuck behind toilet and you have to maneuver to get in shower. I would say you get what you pay for, but in this instsnce NO.

We chose it for it having a pool and the pool was so vary dirty you could not swim in it and cold even the pool room floor was dirt even were the towels were was dirty

My room was dirty, smelled like someone smoked in the room. There was hair in and around the tub and after asked to clean it twice, I had to clean it myself. Breakfast was limited, and the trash can are filthy and smelly. This was the worst hotel our team ever stayed in

Almost nothing for breakfast. Air conditioning in the room was not removing humidity so everything was sticky. Trash sitting in the hallway the entire stay.

Hotel management and cleaning staff clearly do not care about the condition of the property. We found half a lime in the refrigerator, stains on the bedding and mattress, a dead roach stuck in the bathroom fan, some random trash next to the bed, other dead bugs in the hall, door trim that was peeling away from the doors, carpets that have been snagged and were unravelling, etc, etc. This place is a dump-avoid it at all costs. We only stayed because it was the end of a long travel day and it was 2:00 AM. We didn't feel there were other options at that time. Breakfast was pancakes and nothing else. We did not complain at all to hotel management because the condition of the property made it clear that they didn't have a care in the world about the cleanliness of the hotel or the safety of their guests.

After seeing the room, I tried to get a different hotel. All were full. Rooms were dirty and smelled awful. Stains in carpet, dirty floors, pool and hot tub were gross. Bathroom was dirty and in poor condition. Shower curtain had stains. Stay somewhere else! I would not stay here if they offered a room for free.

NOT a quality inn. Nearly everything about this place was bad. It's like they're just letting it go entirely till they come in with the wrecking ball to take it all down to start over. This unit used to live up to its Quality name. Now, not at all. Would not recommend however much they keep lowering the price to sucker in the bargain seekers.

I would not recommend this hotel. When I checked in, there were stains on the chairs and the comforter, there was debris on the carpeting, and the room was hot. The outside doors were never locked, so anyone could get into the hotel at any time. A very rough and unclean looking guy appeared to be staying at the hotel, and he smoked right in front of the door. I didn’t feel entirely safe. I stayed for 3 nights, and my room was never cleaned, nor were towels and toilet paper refreshed. I had to go to the front desk to get toilet paper and towels each day. The breakfast was limited and picked over. The hot tub was broken. It looked disgusting, and there was yellow tape around it.

Beds were comfortable. Cleanliness was poor. Especially the bathroom. Continental breakfast had no milk, spoons or waffle mix. And the desk attendant couldn't help. Would not stay here again.

The property was very nasty. There was no free breakfast. The bathroom was nasty. The place needs to be remodeling. Wouldn't recommend this place not clean.

Loud early morning
They were doing construction at 7 in the morning on a Saturday right out front of my room. The microwave was dirty and the bathroom was sticky. Breakfast was out of everything at 7am and the front desk clerk couldn't speak English and didn't know what I meant when I was asking for syrup, he said they didn't have any, found some for myself.

We were on the way home to Colorado from a funeral. We never got beyond check in. The room "appeared" clean, but there were stains in the carpet and upholstered chair and as soon as we saw the poop still on the toilet, we left after lodging a complaint with the desk.
