"The room was not like the images advertised. I was told by my Spanish friend I should of received a code to get in from the company but all I had was the confirmation email. Arriving i then had to call and whatsap to gain access to the place which was added stress. Whilst I got a response straight away this could of been avoided. "Lovely staff. Good buffet breakfast. Clean. Safe didn’t work but will get looked at. Staff not on 24hours. Very central location, easy to get everywhere but loud at night. Shame only hand wash, no shampoo. No milks in fridge, no glasses but if you asked all help given"
