This charming 25 m² apartment in Formiguères can accommodate up to 4 travelers. Located on the first floor, it comprises a 10 m² living room with fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a bathroom (with shower). Wifi included, we're waiting for you!

The apartment is composed as follows
- 10 m² living room with double sofa bed, 139 cm TV, dining area
- Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob...
- Bedroom with double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower, WC

Outside :
- A 5 m² terrace to enjoy the warm weather

The apartment is ideally located in Formiguères, in a very pleasant environment. Nearby, you'll benefit from all the essential shops, as well as a bakery, butcher's shop, bar, tobacconist's shop, mountain bike and mountain equipment rental...

Activities :
The heart of this authentic mountain village has kept the traces of its past: stone houses, llose roofs, the bell tower wall of the church, narrow streets... Formiguères was long considered the capital of Capcir, and was also the holiday residence of the Kings of Majorca.
In the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional des Pyrénées Catalanes, you'll enjoy the family-friendly ski resort, the listed Camporells site, fresh air, snowshoeing, ski touring, local produce and local crafts.

Formiguères resort 5 minutes away by car.
Les Angles 10 minutes by car.
Font-Romeu 25 minutes by car.

Summer: hiking, biking, fishing, Lou ba at Les Angles, animal park, Fontrabiouse caves, leisure center at Lac de Matemale, swimming pool and spa at Formiguères...

In winter: skiing, snowshoeing, tobogganing... The resort, located at an altitude of 1,700m, offers slopes rising to 2,400m with a handsome 700 m vertical drop.

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park in the large free public parking lot 50 m from the apartment.

As for other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- During school vacations, free shuttle buses run between the village and the resort.
- Bus to Mont-Louis, with connections to Perpignan or Puigcerda.
- Nearest train station: Perpignan station, about 1h30 away by car.
- Nearest airport: Perpignan airport, about 1h40 by car.

Le Repaire des Écureuils Encantados con nuestra estancia en el apartamento. Exactamente igual de bonito y acogedor que en las fotos. Además, decorado con muy buen gusto y con una ubicación inmejorable. Lo único que mejoraría es que había bastantes moscas en el apartamento y resultaba un poco molesto. Pero a parte de eso, repetiría sin duda!

Le Repaire des Écureuils "Séjour à Formiseres 🙂 C’était propre, bien chauffée et décorer sobrement et avec goût 🙁 À aucun moment on ne m’a parlé de frais de ménage et la personne qui fait le Check Out m’a obligé à lui donner 60€ avant que je parte. C’est du vol pur et simple. Aucun rangement efficace Le lit était inconfortable La résidence était glauque et salle Les équipements étaient mal fixées (la porte du frigo s’ouvre dans le mauvais sens, la robinetterie de l évier mal fixé) Pas de tapis de sol dans la salle de bain"

Le Repaire des Écureuils les abords de la location sont en chantier....des gravats et autres déchets jonchent l'accès. 1 crevaison par vis à placo une bonne matinée galère. la proximité des containers poubelles nous a value 2 réveils très matinaux. Belle rénovation et appartement très agréable à vivre.
