The colour scheme of very dark blue, allied to low intensity lighting, activated by movement made, everything look gloomy. Even the lift was predominantly black in decor. We did not eat here but breakfast looked good. Lemon tea and coffee in room but no milk provided. I don't really understanding that but was given a cup of milk at reception when i asked. When I asked if they could remove items from the refrigerator so I could store yogurt and medicine, the hotel said they could, but I would have to pay an extra 10 euros. The room was very old. The air conditioning didn't work; I asked the hotel to fix it, but they sent a fan instead. The curtains wouldn't open. When showering, the hot water suddenly turned cold. This is a five-star hotel? It doesn't deserve five stars; two stars would suffice. I feel terrible; it was a really bad experience."
