This 19-acre family-owned working ranch is the perfect setting for your wine-country adventure. Enjoy the surrounding views, refreshing pool, hot tub, gourmet kitchen, and spacious great room. Welcome to The Giusti Ranch! Experience the perfect balance of adventure and relaxation in our ideally located property, where top-notch amenities and breathtaking surroundings come together for an unforgettable stay.  
  
The property sits on 19 acres with 9 acres of vineyard and has been owned by the Giusti family for over 150 years. The estate grapes produce the famous Kosta Browne Giusti Ranch Pinot Noir and Via Giusti Wines. We personally greet guests and show them around our historic ranch.  
  
Inside, the massive great room invites you to gather around the wood-burning fireplace, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere perfect for cozy evenings with loved ones. The gourmet kitchen, equipped with everything you need, makes cooking a joy, whether you're preparing a simple breakfast or a special dinner. Other things to note:  
  
This home is strictly an animal-free zone due severe allergies of the owner & family. Pets of any kind are NOT allowed and if there is evidence of pets on the property this will result in a $1,500 fine along with any cleaning or damages caused by pets.  
  
Please Note: re: HEATING THE POOL. Our pool is 10 ft. deep and it's a challenge to keep it heated until the ambient outdoor temperature is warmer.  
Pool heating is only available during certain times of the year (May 1 - Memorial Day Weekend) There is a $350.00/day ADDITIONAL CHARGE TO HEAT THE POOL. That is our cost.  
  
The POOL is Unheated Nov 1– Memorial Day Weekend. It is very deep and takes up to 24 hours to heat. Much of the time, the pool is very comfortable unheated, given the ambient air temperature. ONLY STAFF CAN TURN ON THE HEATER.  
  
Outdoor security cameras are located on this property.  
  
When you stay at the Giusti Ranch, you're covered for any accidents that might happen up to $3,000. The $42 charge listed as an "administrative fee" on your quote covers your purchase of $3,000 of "all risk" damage protection coverage on your rental property. Our family of five (3 adult children) and in laws had an amazing stay at Guisti Ranch. The house is beautiful and spacious and there is everything you need including glass and dishware for poolside dining and fun, great fire pit for smores, games and floaties, amazing vineyard to stroll through, beautiful organic garden to pick fruit and herbs and even jalapenos from. Glorius views! The pool was perfect and loved the hot tub as well. The bedrooms were all appointed super nicely and very comfortable! The kitchen area is huge, and it made for a perfect opportunity for lots of 'cooks in the kitchen' to have a great time making meals all together-we didn't even bother to go out to dine anywhere because the Ranch was too good to leave. Lots of games available too and wi-fi but we tried to ignore our devices! Hosts were gracious kind and very accommodating. It felt like we were staying in an amazing home that was owned by someone who knew us personally! It was a magical experience and we all highly recommend and are grateful for our special vacation there. Forestville/Guerneville are also unique in their settings compared to Napa Valley/Sonoma County (which are amazing areas) but Forestville is a bit of hidden gem. Guisti Ranch does a really amazing job with this property! Hope to go back again one day as it already feels like a second home! Thank you Guisti Team!

#### Private, cozy resort-like private home in the heart of wine country

Exactly as advertised. Clean, well decorated inside and outside with beautiful view of hillside vineyards. Great patio, pool and hot tub areas were like a resort. Great place to unwind and feel remote, but with local restaurants within a 5 minute drive. Responsive hosts and owners. This was an easy 5-star rating.

#### Spring in Sonoma - The Perfect Getaway

We had the absolute best weekend getaway for our families! Communication and directions were so easy to follow and we were greeted with a warm reception from the host. The property and surrounding estate is overwhelmingly STUNNING. It took us a while to comprehend all of its beauty as we settled in. Our three girls were quick to get into the hot tub while happy hour and dinner came together. The kitchen had everything we needed to make all of our meals, including a bbq with a most epic view. Not sure if the sunrises or sunsets were better, each one left lasting impression. We are already conspiring on our next visit as we are madly in love with this home and the surrounding area! Can we move in…!?!?!?

I can’t say enough good things about this property! The grounds themselves are gorgeous, the check in and communication doesn’t get better, the pictures are totally accurate (and it looks even better in person). The house is completely stocked with everything you need…and more! My husband and I both agree that this was one of the best homes we’ve ever booked (and we’ve booked a lot of them) and we can’t wait to go back!

We took our college boys and their friends for their first wine tasting experience. Martinelli winery is just down the road from this amazing property. Everything was perfect! Besides the beautiful house and pool, you awaken to the best view of the valley.

#### Gorgeous Working Vineyard

This vineyard was absolutely gorgeous. The house is in the middle of farm where other workers stay. We had our 2 families stay here with 4 adults and 4 kids. The kids loved the pool/hot tub and lounging outside/inside. The house was well stocked so that we wouldn't need much but food which we were super grateful for since we were only there for 1 week and wished more properties did this (such as TP, paper towels, bandaids, laundry detergent, etc). The house had plenty or rooms and an office to work. The beds were large and with 3 of us being over 6 feet this was extremely enjoyable. Heather and Kurt were extremely responsive and gave us warnings when crews were around. I loved that this was a working vineyard since I wake up with the kids at 6 and would hear the him of some tractors by 6:30. If you are sensitive to early morning noises, be warned that this is not going to be a location where you can sleep in. I loved it but we had 1 who didn't. We did order their charcuterie board so that upon arrival we wouldn't be hungry which was extremely helpful. Overall we had a great experience and would just mention that we had to sign an additional contract which wasn't mentioned in the description. Also not a big deal except that there was language on showing the property while we were there that we asked to have taken out and Kurt happily did. We just don't believe in showing a property when you are paying to vacation there and wanted our privacy.

The place was lovely, spacious and full of high quality details. The pool with the view of the vineyard was amazing, the downstairs living space open, lightfilled and spacious and the beds were high quality and comfortable. We all had a great time and I highly recommend this lovely place. It was worth the price for sure. It was a short drive to Johnson Beach and Healdsburg both. Made for a wonderful end of summer holiday.

#### Incredible Place to Stay!

If you're looking for an oasis, look no further! Staying at this beautiful place was just the thing that my fiancée and I needed for a getaway weekend, celebrating 10 years together. There's nothing like being in wine country with everything you need, at the place you're staying. This place also has the perfect balance of seclusion and easy access to get to restaurants, local grocery stores, and wineries. Incredible views of the forest and vineyards (from your hot tub too!), fire pit, board games, several restrooms (one with a steam shower!), jacuzzi tub, and enough room for a group. Kurt was also an incredibly hospitable and kind host as well. Upon arrival, he greeted us with a warm smile, and we received a quick tour from him personally. He was also incredibly responsive if we had any questions. I can't rave enough about this place and will absolutely recommend it to friends and family that come out to the area. My fiancée and I will definitely be back, thank you for everything Kurt!

#### Highly recommend this property!

This house & property were even more beautiful than the pictures. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, hot tub and outdoor area. Absolutely beautiful views! The layout worked perfectly for our group of girl friends, we each had our own bedroom and plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen was huge and we ate a few meals out on the outdoor patio. We enjoyed walks a few times as well - very quiet area and it was fun to see and the different flowers & trees. Communication with Kurt was wonderful. I would definitely come back to this property!

Spent4 days at this spectacular ranch. Phenomenal views great amenities comfortable beds and everything you possibly need in the kitchen oh .... and delicious wine. We also had Lori cook a gourmet meal that was fabulous. Highly recommend having her cook for you or email and just prepare a welcome charcuterie platter that was out of this world. Kurt and Lori were gracious and very accommodating hosts. Truly beautiful and delightful. Would come back in a heartbeat.

#### Amazing property with the best host ever

Treat yourself to a stay at this amazing property! I would 100% recommend it to anyone without hesitation. The house and grounds are fabulous and the owner is the best host that I've ever rented with (and I've rented dozens of places over the years)!! Kurt truly went above and beyond the call of duty to make our family Christmas at his property one of our best holidays ever. He is a rock star and made sure that everything was perfect. The layout of the home is idea for a group, with a super spacious and cozy open floor plan that joins the living room, kitchen, and dining room in an ideal way, and there is a wonderful fireplace to boot! All the bedrooms are spacious and cozy and there are plenty of bathrooms. The home is well maintained and sparkling clean. Outside, the grounds are well cared for and I can't wait to go back during the warmer months when we can take advantage of that pool! It was also super fun to be situated in the middle of a working ranch and vineyard. It was great to see folks outside working on the ranch while still having plenty of privacy on the house grounds. Can't wait to come back!
