The house is quaint, cozy and rustic but well appointed with essentials for a getaway trip. The host, Sal, was very friendly and greeted us at check in. The process could not have been easier. The smell of diesel (?) was kind of bothersome. A few things were lacking - a better ironing board (we were there for a wedding), a blow dryer, and better outlets would have helped a lot. ##### Melinda B. The stairs up to the bedroom are small steep steps, so not great for bad knees or frequent trips. Dim lighting inside. The price allowed us to stay for a full week and the surroundings were pleasant. Kept bumping my head when I got up. I knew there was only 1 bathroom down stairs, but was a bit hard to use in the middle of the night. Sal was wonderful, when the shower broke & he fixed it. There were no cooking oils or spices. So make sure to bring everything you need. Plastic silverware only. They barn was comfy & I enjoyed how close it was to my venue ##### LaRene H.
