"Arrived after dark and left early so no chance to see outside. However, on staff a young lady named Tiffany was excellent and an absolute credit to her employers

"Convenient location by Brighton station. About 15 minute walk to the beach. Quick and friendly check-in, in a nice lobby/cafe and work area. Contemporary and clean room with everything you’d need. Beds and pillows very firm. "

"Good service with good choice for breakfast. Quick check in and out. Decor is tired looking and needs a face lift. Otherwise bed was comfy and good size to room. "
"Fast polite check in. We were very tired and just grabbing a few hours sleep.
Dropped card in box by the elevators on leaving, no time wasted.
Would use again. "

"Great location for Brighton. Overlooked the Marina and on an easy bus route into the city. Loads of bistros and other foodie places very close at reasonable prices.
Hotel staff extremely helpful and friendly.
Room was tight, but as this was a short stay, not an issue.
Overall, very pleased with this stay"
"The Sofitel experience is the best I've ever had! The staff is kind, helpful, and friendly. The room was spacious, comfortable, and affordable. Very clean. The hotel is designed with a modern flair and has 4 restaurants. We were treated to a delicious Continental breakfast and enjoyed the Thai/Chinese restaurant.
The passageway connecting the hotel with Gatwick airport and, via south terminal, the train station makes this hotel convenient. No need to get a taxi or Uber.
My husband and I look forward to returning to Sofitel Gatwick!
A big thank you to all the kind staff, especially Harrish, Alessia, Steven, and the rest whose names I don't recall."
