"This home was beyond filthy with stained sheets, stained shower, maggots , mildew and mold. The smell inside could possibly be interior mold. We didnt even stay after seeing it upon check in. "There were not many staff at the property. There wasn't an elevator at the property so you have to use the stairs. "I had an absolutely terrible experience at this hotel and would strongly advise others to stay elsewhere. First off, the pool was completely unacceptable. The water was brown and visibly filthy—definitely not something anyone should be swimming in. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time, which immediately made me question the overall hygiene of the place. The front desk staff were no better. They were rude, dismissive, and acted like helping guests was an inconvenience. Any time I asked a question, I was met with attitude instead of assistance. The room itself was outdated and worn down. The furniture looked like it hadn’t been replaced in decades—old, scratched, and uncomfortable. It gave the whole place a neglected, run-down feel. But the worst part of my stay was completely unbelievable. While I was trying to get coffee in the morning, two hotel employees got into a physical fight right in front of guests. It was chaotic and honestly a bit scary. I ended up having to call 911 because the situation was out of control. To make matters worse, one of the employees involved actually cursed at me while I was trying to help. This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Poor cleanliness, terrible customer service, and completely unprofessional behavior from staff. I will never stay here again."
