"I recommend getting a view of the lake it’s breath taking. I have stayed here when it was the W. Even though it’s an older hotel it’s pretty modern bed is comfortable room was clean lobby is cute. Will be back "

"Close to Magnificent Mile "

"The staff was friendly and welcoming, the room was bigger than expected, my only issue was the bathroom shower must of had a leak around the edges because when I got out there was water all over the bathroom floor and I know I closed that glass door to shower. It happening to my husband when he showered too. "

"Expensive for the age of the hotel and condition "

"The location was great and convenient to the river. The homeless people were the only negative and nothing that the hotel could control."
