Comfortable hotel

Comfortable hotel that needs an external makeover and some internal areas a tad tired. Rooms comfortable but bathroom very small. Restaurant ok, limited menu but food well cooked. Breakfast was good. Sfatt friendly and helpful.

We parked in the back underground. Safe and out of the weather. We were on the street side so it was quite noisy. With the windows closed, it was quiet. Nice walk across the river to the shopping area with multiple food trucks.

Bad cleaning but good breakfast... you choose ;)

Poor cleaning. The bathroom was not cleaned properly. Filthy doors. Dirty bed. Not a pleasant experience regarding this aspect. As a positive note the breakfast was very nice. The lobby room was cozy and good for relaxing after a long day.

Good on the inside

A bit lousy outside, nice and modern inside. Very nice to sit in the garden in the sunset with a drink or a beer. Helpful staff. The rooms are nicely renovated and clean. Central locaded if Førde - whitch is not the center of the earth.

The hotel is renovated inside, but outside is not. So don’t be shocked. Hence why I gave a bit smaller rating as well. Breakfast was great, pretty big selection of things. :)

It was fine

The room was quite small and didn’t have basic amenities like a coffee machine or a mini fridge. Price was a bit much for the value, even by Norwegian standards. Breakfast was ok and the ladies working at the reception were nice.

Leide suite og forventet bra standard. Søppel i begge søppelbøttene, stor hårklase som lå i dusjen og synlige gamle blodflekker gjennom lakenet. Frokosten var god og det var nok det eneste positive. Tenkte å bestille rom på retur av reisen vår men fristet ikke så vi valgte et annet hotell.

Det mest unike med dette hotellet er frekkheten til å ta betalt.. Vi fikk bla opp 3500kr for et såkalt familierom, det er altså et standard rom med en sovesofa trøkket inn på en altfor liten plass. Det overfylte rommet kunne imponere med bikkjekaldt bad og grisevarmt rom, så da måtte vi åpne vinduet.. Med beliggenheten over inngangspartiet som kunne by på frisk blanding av Marlboro og eksos, blandet med støy fra både motorsykler og turbusser var det jaggu deilig å våkne tidlig for å trene litt. Gymmen kunne by på en del defekte spinningmaskiner, litt assorterte handtler av miserabel kvalitet, en benkpress med ekstra sprett i ryggen og et multiapparat fra førkrigstiden.. Den verdiløse treningen ble byttet ut med litt spa, bestående av en badstue som ikke virket, et dampbad som ikke var påskrudd (jeg spurte om de kunne slå det på, men det var ikke mulig siden de drev og pusset opp nå), et boblebad som holdt 36° lunk og litt bobler.. Jeg ga opp tullballet og gikk på rommet for å ta en dusj, den virket som den skulle og etterpå måtte jeg bruke 3 badehåndklær for å tørke opp alt vannet som var utover absolutt HELE baderomsgulvet.. Nei hit kommer jeg aldri tilbake for makan til mismatch mellom pris og kvalitet skal du jaggu lete lenge etter..
