### Luxury Ocean View Beach Villa with Private Pool Garden Courtyard in Great Exuma

"We had a fantastic stay this past week at this property! The location of the Villa was perfect- steps away from a gorgeous beach and having a nice pool was amazing. We also appreciate the privacy it (Villa) provided.My family and I have stayed at other properties on Exuma, this by far has to be the best one! This modern Villa is laid out perfectly, plenty of room for two large (we brought our best friends along this time) families. The entire property is immaculately maintained!The location of the property is close to the airport and very central on the island. The kitchen is well stocked and there is plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy a home cooked meal together. Thank you Angelique, Gabby and Dmitri for the opportunity to enjoy your beautiful property!! We will be back!!"

### ONE OF A KIND PROPERTY! Breathtaking Views, Ocean Breezes, Huge Dock, Peaceful

"What word comes to mind when staying at Aqua Vista…UNFORGETABLE! Aqua Vista has a little something for everyone…beach combing and critter hunting, sunbathing and relaxing on the dock and floating island, snorkeling, paddle boarding and kayaking for the adventurer and shallow waters calm enough that you can just stand and chill or float for as long as you’d like. The view is spectacular! We enjoyed many coffee filled sunrises on the dock and happy hour cocktails later in the day. Kitchen was well stocked for our meals in. There was never a time that we didn’t have what we needed, including the stock of spices and herbs that we helped to contribute to. We enjoyed our evenings in playing UNO and streaming movies as the WiFi connection was great! My husband was also able to keep up with work emails a bit during our down time in the early morning. We loved visiting Roy’s Lounge and the restaurants in town on our evenings out. Eric and Gina were fantastic to work with and we were grateful for the videos and detailed files we received prior to our visit. They were only a text away with any questions we had and got back to us very quickly. We used many of their recommendations for our excursions and when renting a car for the six of us. I think the other feature of the house we enjoyed was the outdoor bathroom. Not only were the outdoor showers the best, but I loved all the special decorating touches. It was so hard to leave and we can’t wait to go back! "

"Our stay was AMAZING! Stayed at one of the ocean view cottages and the room was perfect. Huge bathroom and amazing balcony with lounge style chairs to sit back and enjoy the night, stars and sounds of the ocean! The restaurant was AMAZING. The food was really good and fresh made to order. I recommend the peas and rice with lobster and shrimp dish they have! "

### Casa Bella - Oceanfront w/ Private Beach, Pool & Spa

"Check in and interaction with the property manager was easy, timely, and clear. The property was all it was advertised to be and more. Our family (us plus our 6 college-aged kids and one high schooler) had plenty of room for hanging out, cooking, eating and enjoying water sports (kayaking, paddle boarding and swimming in the pool). The kitchen was well equipped and there was an extra refrigerator in the laundry room and a grill outside. Location is central to airport, Georgetown, and Little Exuma. Enjoyed use of the boat as well. All in all the perfect family vacation getaway for families of all ages!"

"Here’s a polished review you could use for your stay at the Stunning Waterfront and Tiki Bar – Paradise Found Villa in Exuma:⸻Rating: We stayed at Paradise Found Villa in Exuma from August 5–8 with a group of 6 adults from Miami, Florida, and it truly lived up to its name! The property was absolutely breathtaking—right on the waterfront with crystal-clear turquoise waters and stunning views in every direction.The villa was spacious, spotless, and perfectly equipped (A) for a group. The outdoor space was the highlight: the tiki bar was such a fun touch, the deck was perfect for lounging, and we loved having direct access to the water. It felt like our own private slice of paradise.Location-wise, it was ideal—close enough to explore local attractions and beaches, but also private enough to relax in peace. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was ready for our arrival.We’ve traveled to the Bahamas before, but this stay in Exuma was truly unforgettable. We would highly recommend Paradise Found Villa to anyone looking for a relaxing, and memorable getaway. We can’t wait to come back!"

### Newly Renovated Luxurious Beach Front Villa

"This house is nothing short of amazing! We felt like we were on our own island. It is so nice having a private pool and beach right at your back door, and the water is so beautiful. We even had a sea turtle swim along the shore. The house is about 10 minutes from Georgetown, 5 minutes from Blu, and 30 from Santanna’s, so it’s in a great location. The beds are super comfy. We had 9 people and had plenty of room for everyone. I would stay here again and again. "
