Stayed here from 2/14-2/21/25. The home is beautiful and had everything we needed and more for our party of nine. Sharell, our Property Manager, was amazing to work with. She was quick to respond and answer any questions we had. We had a minor issue with the coffee maker and a new one was delivered the next day. The grounds were lovely and well-maintained. We loved lounging by the pool and enjoying the ocean only steps away.. We would definitely recommend this home and would love to stay there again.

We all loved this property. The location was a little ways from town but not an issue. The access to the water was perfect and having the kayaks on the property was a plus for us. All the rooms were very spacious. Sharell was great and helped with any questions I had. Definitely recommend this property.

We had 6 guys who turned 50 this year all together for a reunion. What a blast we had. The property was perfect for us and had everything we needed. Sharrell the property manager was incredible in helping us with all our planning. Chef Tevin cooked up some aweome food. Just a great trip all around.

It’s hard to put into words how amazing this property is until you walk into the house and see the views. Our family of 8 had a fantastic time in Exuma and at this property. They have everything you need inside the house, as well as outside—ocean kayaks, snorkel gear, pool floats, beach towels…etc. Sharell was absolutely fantastic and was always available if we had any questions. We also had Chef Tevin make a delicious dinner for our family. I highly recommend this property!

Beach, house, pool, all UNREAL! I felt like we were living in a screensaver. House is immaculate and like new, beach is surreal and Judy the property manager is awesome. The only disappointment was that I had to leave! Loved the house... WE WILL BE BACK SOON!!!!

Loved this villa, absolutely spectacular setting, beautiful pool with expansive deck area, perfect for entertaining! Rooms were spacious, beds extremely comfortable, well supplied with everything needed for a great stay. Gorgeous beach is only steps away. I come to Exuma for the incredible water, stunning white sand beaches and a laid back vacation. People are wonderful, Judy is a spectacular chef and Winky is warm and welcoming catering to every need. Chat n Chill,Tropic Breeze and Santana's offer amazing food and are close by. I will be back, thanks Dean & Andrea for a wonderful stay!

#### Perfect location, beautiful house, amazing experience!
We had the best time at Greystone beach house! The house is perfect for a large group and the layout offers privacy and a comfortable, well equipped space for gathering. The location and views couldn’t be better. The pool is wonderful. The AC and internet connection never failed. Fresh fish and lobster and the incredible water and beaches of little exuma allowed us an unforgetable experience. We will most definitely be back. The house manager, Judy was fabulous and made our stay perfect in every way. Highly recommended!

#### We loved Greystone
Greystone is an amazing house and property located in the cut right by the lazy river - which we dubbed Paradise Cove. Cant say enough great things about the house, the exuma islands and of course Judy..... Judy is the property manager and she, Wade and family did everything possible to make sure we were stocked, well fed and having a great time on amazing excursions! Thank you again Judy and Wade for everything you did for us! We will be back to Greystone and the Cut!

I stayed at Greystone with five other colleagues for a long weekend retreat. We were met at the airport by Judy and her niece who kindly escorted us to the house. The house was clean, open and absolutely beautiful. It was fully stocked with everything that we needed. There was plenty of space for 6 adults and there were several spots where we ended up hanging out as a group. It was so easy to sit back and relax when you have the view of the ocean and the sound of the waves. The house was everything we needed it to be and we would certainly go back!

#### The most perfect vacation spot
We rent both (beachwood and greystone) The best vacation ever! 4 families. 8 adults and 14 kids! We stayed for 10 days but It felt like a short time. So many things to do and such a beautiful spot to relax. It is the perfect combination. Dean was always responsive and great. Judy took care of every question and any need that we had during our time in exumas. She also organized the excursions (swimming pigs, sharks, turtles, iguanas and sting rays). I Definitely recommend these properties! I will come back as soon as I can!

We had the most AMAZING get away at an AMAZING home !!! From the time we contacted Dean the owner (who responded SO Quickly) till the day we left we were in great hands. Judy & Wade meet us at the airport, took us to the butcher, grocery store & liquor store. Then took us to the beautiful home and got us settled!!! They gave us recommendations for restaurants also made us reservations at restaurants. But what we loved more than anything was that we hired them to cook for us two of the evenings and that was absolutely fantastic experience would do it again in a minute. Judy is an amazing cook along with Wade!!! It felt like we were one big happy family in a beautiful & comfortable home. Everything we needed was there. We do a lot of VRBO homes and this is one to not miss!!! Beautiful views too...

#### Gorgeous home!
My family and I stayed at Greystone with friends in December. It accompanied both of our families plus had enough space for us to hang out! Sharell went above and beyond to help us have a wonderful week.. we were well taken care of! We were in contact with her right after booking - she answered MANY questions for us as well as set up our grocery delivery, car rentals, dinner reservations. Chef Tevin made us a spectacular meal one night. So much fun! Many nights were spent in the hot tub looking at the clearest sky ever! The view of the ocean is unbelievable.. just the prettiest! There are quite a few beaches close by to hang out at. The house had sunscreen, bug spray, pool toys, coolers, kayaks, and a stocked kitchen. Unfortunately, the bugs loved us a lot.. make sure you bring Cortisone and Benadryl. We hope to visit again soon!

#### GREYSTONE IS HEAVENLY!
Let me start by saying Sharell (home and property manager) took care of every detail (groceries, chef, amenities, tours etc.). She goes above and beyond to make your stay carefree and perfect. Chef Tevin is an amazing Chef and breakfast was everyone’s favorite meal!! Everyone on Exuma is so warm and welcoming., we felt at home. The house is absolutely divine and we had plenty of room for three families totaling 13 people. There are plethora of toys for the pool and beach, sunscreen, bug spray, family games(the kids played every night) and plenty of beach towels. The pool & hot tub both have a beautiful view overlooking the ocean especially at sunset. I also highly recommend blu on the water, chat and chill, Santanas, and Reel ‘Em In (best boat tour ever…swam with sea turtles, pigs, saw eels, star fish and the most stunning sand bar)! We hope to return to Exuma soon and stay at Greystone. Thank You, The Diacons, The Williams & The Handcocks

#### Quiet New Year family trip
We had a family trip of 12 for the week of New Year’s. Due to the holiday, we had planned on there being a lot closed in Exuma. For that reason we stayed mostly at the home. The house was as advertised with a beautiful view and access to the beach. We were disappointed with the kitchen since we did most our cooking. The lighting was very dark and only 3 burners on the stove worked but we made due. House was very comfortable but did appear very worn and needed some TLC. We had a lot of trouble with the grill as it was hard to light and maintain temperature but again made due with what we had. There were beach toys and kayaks but no beach chairs to take on the beach. The lounge furniture at the pool was worn and we had trouble managing some of the chairs due to wear and tear. The hot tub was out of commission but I had expected that since previous reviews had trouble but still disappointed we did not have access to it. The property manager, Sharell, was wonderful and she was very responsive and willing to help and easy to reach. We did use Chef Tevin one night and he was great!! I was hoping to give this home a 5 star review but I feel for the price we paid to stay at the home, I was expecting a more polished experience. Sharell and Chef Tevin do deserve 5 stars! They were great.

#### Hands Down BEST Vacation Ever
We spent 3 1/2 weeks at Greystone in Jan, from the moment we walked off the plane, to the second we walked through the doors of Greystone and saw the amazing infinity pool over looking the beautiful blue ocean, we knew we had found the right place. Our journey started back in April when we contacted Dean and decided to rent this house. We couldn’t have made a better decision. We had many lazy days sitting poolside. We witnessed the beach change from week to week. The first week the waves were crashing so hard it had washed away our stairs to the beach. We contacted Judy who promptly came over and addressed the stairs and had them fixed with in a few days. We were able to use the neighboring property stairs with no issues. Our stairs were built back up and the second week the ocean was very calm. The 3 week brought in another storm and the waves crashed again. So amazing how the ocean changes from week to week. We felt very safe and comfortable in Exuma. Make sure you check out the beach just a short walk to the left. We were the only ones there. We even had a turtle swim up to us in the little cove. #### A piece of paradise!
We had an amazing time in Exuma and this property was perfect! We were looking for 3 things: turquoise waters, breathtaking views from the property and seclusion. Luckily, we got all of that. The communication with Dean was great and he provided plenty of details and useful information prior to booking. The house was really nice and our point of contact during our stay, Judy, was incredibly helpful. She met us at the airport and took us to a couple of markets to buy groceries. We loved the layout of the house (spacious, one floor, open concept). The view as you enter the house is spectacular. The large glass sliding doors in the living room and the 2 bedrooms facing the water provide amazing views. The beds are very comfortable. The open concept layout with the kitchen flowing into the sitting and dining areas works really well and the high ceilings enhance the sensation of openness. The AC works great. We had a constant breeze during our stay, so it was almost not necessary, but it's always good to come home to a cool place after a day on the beach. The strong breeze kept bugs away and you could hear the sounds of the waves from the porch, which was very soothing. I love the wood flooring throughout and the ceiling panels in the lighter brown tones in the bedrooms. The large deck with the pool is very inviting and the shaded area under the porch is great for chilling in the shade. The infinity edge not only looks pretty, but it also makes any leaves flow over the edge, so the pool is always "clean." Having plenty of towels was very helpful. The beach is right there, about 50 steps away, and a set of steps takes you down to the sand. The turquoise water is breathtaking. We walked on the beach every morning and we never saw one other person on it! We never saw anyone or even boats in the water (except one small boat one day). There are a handful of other houses along that beach, but they were empty, so we got the seclusion we were looking for. Having the kayaks, life jackets and water toys is a nice touch. We want to come back!

We had an incredible experience at this beachfront property, boasting stunning views that made our stay truly unforgettable.
