Discover our 4-star holiday flat in a panoramic location near Baden-Baden and the Black Forest National Park. Perfect for up to six people, this accommodation offers an ideal starting point for hikes, cycle tours and excursions in the northern Black Forest. Situated in Bermersbach, the "sun terrace of the Murg Valley", you can expect an unrivalled view of the mountains and the romantic upper Murg Valley. Enjoy the peace and quiet in an unspoilt location on the edge of the village and recharge your batteries in this idyllic setting.  
  
The spacious 100 m² flat offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. With a living room equipped with satellite TV and two comfortable sofas, two bedrooms with double beds (one including a cot and washing facilities) and a further bedroom with two single beds and TV, this accommodation leaves nothing to be desired. A fully equipped kitchen with a large cooking island, electric cooker, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and more, as well as a dining area provide the perfect basis for cosy cooking evenings. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and hairdryer, the WC is separate. Balconies, WLAN, stereo system, bed linen and towels are also included for your comfort.  
  
The outdoor area invites you to relax with a terrace and garden shed. Equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue, this area is the perfect place to unwind. The location in a cul-de-sac with no through traffic and the hillside position of the house guarantee peace and privacy. There is a carport parking space for your vehicle and a lockable garage for bicycles, as well as a charging station for electric cars for a fee.  
  
The surrounding area has a lot to offer: A village shop is just 400 metres away on foot. The nearest supermarket is 3 km away in Forbach. The family-friendly Glücksweg and the goat trail start right by the house. An outdoor pool, numerous hiking trails and public transport connections are easily accessible. Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung Am Keschtewalde rundum wohlgefühlt! Alles entsprach exakt der Beschreibung. Die Wohnung ist modern ausgestattet, sehr gepflegt und absolut sauber. Besonders positiv überrascht waren wir von den neueren Betten – diese sind nicht nur sehr bequem, sondern sogar eine Verbesserung gegenüber den Bildern in der Anzeige.Der Ausblick über den Schwarzwald ist einfach traumhaft und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Die ruhige Lage am Ende einer Sackgasse sorgt für viel Erholung und wenig Verkehr. Trotz der etwas engen Anfahrt ist alles gut erreichbar, und der überdachte Parkplatz direkt am Haus ist sehr praktisch.Ein besonderes Extra: Im Eingangsbereich gibt es die Möglichkeit, rund um die Uhr Getränke (mit und ohne Alkohol) sowie kleine Snacks direkt beim Vermieter zu fairen Preisen zu erwerben – ein toller Service!Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Man merkt sofort, dass ihnen das Wohl ihrer Gäste am Herzen liegt.Einziger kleiner Hinweis: Die nahegelegene Kirche läutet recht regelmäßig, auch früh morgens – aber dafür können die Vermieter natürlich nichts.Insgesamt eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft für alle, die Ruhe, Komfort und eine schöne Aussicht genießen möchten. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

#### Sehr sauberes Haus mit bester Aussicht

Wir waren mit 5 Personen für zwei Nächte hier. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und in der oberen Wohnung hat man einen wunderschönen Ausblick von zwei Balkonen. Der Kontakt mit dem Besitzer war sehr freundlich und angenhem. Es fehlt im Haus an nichts. Egal ob nur für Erwachsene oder auch Kinder. Wenn wir nochmal in der Nähe sind, wird auf jeden Fall nochmal gebucht.
