### \*Dream vacation\* in our Villa Tortuga with private pool for max. 6 people

Our Villa Tortuga in Villapark Fontein is a small bungalow for a maximum of 6 people. Our home has 2 bathrooms (one in the master bedroom and one between the other two bedrooms. An additional toilet is available. Both bathrooms have a shower. The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.  
  
The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove and oven. A refrigerator with a large freezer compartment is also available. A washing machine is also available and can be used if necessary.  
  
Outside there is a large terrace. A part is covered here and thus provides shade. The pool is currently under construction so that it will be available from the beginning of 2017\.   
In the back garden area there is also a palapa, a small patio covered with palm leaves.   
  
There is a parking space in front of the house for one car.  
  
The following prices apply to our house:  
Occupancy for 1-2 people € 70 per night  
Each additional person additional 5.00 € the night  
Children up to and including 2 years of course do not pay extra.  
  
We take the same price all year round. Curacao always has warm temperatures, so there is no booking season.   
Final cleaning for 1-2 people € 53.00  
Final cleaning for 3-4 people € 69.00  
Final cleaning for 5-6 people € 85.00  
We charge electricity and water separately. Here the actual consumption is calculated one to one. You only pay for what you use.  
  
The deposit for 1-2 people is € 250.00\. For more than 2 people, the deposit is € 350.00\. Your consumption will be deducted from the deposit upon departure. The remaining amount will be credited to you after departure.

Booking conditions for Villa Tortuga  
  
Upon positive feedback from us that Villa Tortuga on Curacao is still free and can be rented for the desired period, a deposit of € 300 will be paid.  
  
As soon as we have received the deposit and we confirm it, the booking of Villa Tortuga is valid.   
  
The individual remaining payment, as well as the specified deposit, must be paid at least 6 weeks before the start of the trip.  
  
The costs for electricity and water are calculated separately and offset against the deposit. The remaining amount will be refunded after departure.  
Cancellation policy for Villa Tortuga  
For cancellations made more than 6 weeks before the start of the trip, an amount of € 250.00 will be retained.  
  
For cancellations from 8 days to 6 weeks before the start of the trip, 50% of the booking costs will be retained  
  
For cancellations less than 8 days before the start of the trip, only the deposit will be refunded.

#### 24 nuits, 25 jours

Ces 24 jours ont été magnifiques, mais pas à cause de la maison. Elle n'était pas propre du tout. Difficile à rejoindre, la propriétaire. Puis leur représentante s'occupe un peu de nous, sans plus. Mais, elle répond par WhatsApp lorsque nous avions des questionnements avant et pendant notre séjour. Plages magnifiques... personne et personnels excellents des lieux las bas, personnes respectueux. Nous ne retournerons cependant pas à cette maison. Dans le même cartier, toutefois avec de différents propriétaires. je vais m'erreter la parce que il y avait trop de belles choses a dire a cette endroit

We loved staying in Villa Tortuga. The property and Villa are very well maintained and lovely. It was a perfect location, close to all the beautiful beaches. We stayed for a week and visited different beaches every day. Highly recommend this property

#### Fantastic!

After traveling (as a couple) to Curaçao for my 4th visit, I knew this was an area that I could easily stay in for a week. Less than a 15 minute drive away from some fantastic beaches that we adore & only 6 minutes away to New California for an emergency grocery grab—this seemed like a no-brainer.The property was exactly as described & it was priced so fairly that I couldn’t believe my luck! The house itself was set in a gorgeous little gated community; I felt perfectly safe at all times. The house was very clean, equipped for cooking & living, easy to clean up & super spacious for two. Very private property with hummingbirds, a monarch butterfly sighting, troupial birds & the little yellow sugar thief birds. Some iguanas & little lizards came out in morning, but quickly shuffled off. Coconut & mango trees pretty Bougainvillea flowers adorn the garden. Pleasant, lit up pool that we fully utilized nightly.Some of the reviews mentioned Iguana poop & intimidated me, but lucky us, we never experienced this at all! Your mileage may vary, but we came prepared for a little clean up & never needed to. We beached all day & lounged in the pool at night. I also barbecued 3 nights while there. I would be more than happy & feel lucky to book this property again. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

#### Nice Home in a Beautiful Area

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was as advertised and well stocked. The pool has a brilliant blue glow at night. The nearby beaches are gorgeous. I would definitely stay here again.

Das Ferienhaus mit Pool ist klasse. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Von innen alles super sauber und toll eingerichtet. Allerdings sollte Mann draußen, wenn man Gäste erwartet ein bisschen auf Sauberkeit achten. Wenn man eine neue Wäscheleine montiert, denke ich wirft man die alte Schnur weg und lässt sie nicht an einem Pfosten angebunden liegen. Auch wenn man Holz arbeiten erledigt lässt man nicht die ganzen Abschnitte rumliegen. die habe ich dann weggeräumt. Alles in allem aber ein gelungener Urlaub. Würden dort auch wieder buchen.

#### sehr angenehme Oase, sehr gut ausgestattet und instandgehalten

Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man brauchen kann. Der Pool ist großartig und leicht sauber zu halten. Einziger Minuspunkt: In einem der Bäume leben neun Leguane, die das Pooldeck als Toilette benutzen. Es ist aber leicht zu reinigen.

Tolles Ferienhaus! Schöner Garten in dem wir auch viele Kolibris und Leguane entdecken könnten! :)
