Charming apartment in the heart of the resort, 200 meters walk from the ski lifts and shops. Located in Residence No. 381, a 9-unit building on 3 levels without an elevator, in the very center of the resort, with a lake and green spaces at the foot of the building. Living room with access to a south-facing balcony, views of the Aiguilles d’Arves, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, separate WC, cellar, and ski locker available. ROOM DESCRIPTION: Kitchen: Refrigerator with freezer compartment, combination microwave/oven, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, electric stove with 3-burner hob, conventional oven, extractor hood, washing machine. Living room with access to a south-facing balcony, view of the Aiguilles d’Arves, sofa bed (140cm), flat-screen TV.  
Bedroom 1: One double bed (140cm), storage furniture.  
Bedroom 2: Two single beds (80cm) with wardrobe.  
Bathroom: Bathtub, sink.  
Separate WC.  
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Ski locker in the garage area.
