Welcome to this extraordinary three-level lake house in the highly-regarded gated community of Abbey Springs, located at the Western end of Geneva Lake. This private association offers a plethora of amenities, including outdoor and indoor pools, a clubhouse, tennis courts, and private beach access on exclusive Geneva Lake. Be sure to pack your clubs so that you can take advantage of the scenic and challenging 4.5-star golf course at your finger tips!

Step into a newly renovated space, featuring a brand new kitchen and a two-story family room. The backyard boasts a serene view of a deep wooded lot- it is very common to see a family of deer passing through! Stay cozy with three fireplaces and indulge in relaxation with a soaking tub in the first-floor master bedroom. Gather around the large fire pit for nighttime s'mores. Drive the golf cart to the beach, lake, or clubhouse for added convenience.

Discover three private bedrooms, two of which share an adjoining Jack and Jill bathroom. A full hall bathroom ensures convenience for all guests.

Enjoy full access to the entire house and make the most of Abbey Springs' amenities. Guests are free to utilize one garage bay (with the other being reserved for the golf cart) in addition to four driveway spots, ensuring more than enough parking for your group.

\*On-site parking is available for a maximum of 5 vehicles.  
  
\*Abbey Springs charges daily guest passes to use amenities. The pass prices are based on length of stay as well as max occupancy and are included in the fees section of the total reservation cost.  
  
\*Please note that the Abbey Springs HOA will not grant extra day passes for additional guests exceeding the legal occupancy of your rental home, which in this case is 12.  
  
\*Please note golf cart is available seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Use is not guaranteed outside of these dates. Must be 18 years or older with valid driver's license to operate.  
  
\*\* Please note after your reservation is confirmed through VRBO we will send an electronic version of our guest rental agreement via e-mail\*\*
