Cute apartment
Lovely apartment in a historic building. Walking distance to Chateau Fontainebleau, shops, cafes, restaurants. Very responsive and attentive hostess. The area around Fontainebleau is beautiful too. We liked hiking in the nature preserves and Chateau de Courances.

Elegance in Fontainebleau
This is an elegant property in the heart of Fontainebleau an easy walk to the château, the market and all the lovely restaurants. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with flowers and chocolates from Frederic Cassel and a binder of recommended restaurants and activities.
Geraldine was responsive to messages throughout or stay and mid-way through our five-night stay she provided complimentary housekeeping service with fresh linens. Overall a great stay.
I read the reviews before booking and most negative ratings came because of the property check-in window. The check-in procedure is clearly stated on the listing and if you can work with this you will be rewarded with an elevated stay.

Nice but not convenient
The house is very nice. The roofs are a little too low and the main floor downstair (open space - kitchen) is not very luminous. Price is fair, not the one for cleaning since they are doing it personally. They are asking for 250 euros more as a ''caution'' but they easily keep for themselves so you end up overpaying. We still enjoyed our 4 days stay anyway.
