"Nous sommes arrivés dans la chambre et une odeur de moisi et de poussière s’est répandues dans nos narines. La Clim était poussiéreuse et en l allumant nous avons eu plein de poussière dessus, l air était à la limite du respirable. L eau de la douche était froide et les serviettes sentaient le renfermé. En nous couchant nous avons eu comme une crise d urticaire, les draps et coussins étaient tachés,nous avons donc décidé de quitter la chambre à 1h du matin en pleine nuit. Je ne recommande donc pas cet hôtel, pourtant le personnel a l accueil était fort sympathique . "

"Terrible, my flights to Pittsburgh were delayed so much I was missing the event for which I was getting there so the whole trip was cancelled and they don't want to refund any portion of the lodging fees whatsoever."
