My sister and I stayed 3 nights at the Cleveland Street Cottage. The house was beautifully decorated with a large living room, well equipped kitchen, bathroom and 2 cozy bedrooms. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the mornings sipping our coffee. We took advantage of the available jigsaw puzzles and put one together during our stay. The property host, Virginia, was easy to contact and was timely in her responses to our questions.

We absolutely loved our stay here! We came to Folsom to visit the Global Wildlife Center. We live a couple hours out of town and just wanted a place to stay for the night. The Cottage is beyond cozy and it was only 10 minutes from the center! Talk about a great location! It was perfect. Virginia was great from the moment we booked!

We were delightfully surprised by this one. It was cute, clean, and roomy. Bathroom is a little small, but fine for one person at a time. Location could not have been any better. Would definitely stay here again.

#### Roaches and Rudeness

There were Roaches in the home, spider webs, and dirty dishes. I can see outside through the back door. I didn't say anything while we were there as I couldn't find another place to stay with such short notice. Check out day, I texted the owner asking for a later checkout then I proceeded to wash dishes, towels, strip the beds etc as asked in checkout instructions. She showed up asking if we were her tenants and we said yes. She proceeded to tell me I need to get out immediately and I'm trespassing. She just kept saying you need to leave or I'm calling the cops to which I said please do bc your being rude as hell for no reason. I said she may need to get rid of the Roaches and she said, "I am right now as soon as you leave there will be no more Roaches" She had, I guess her "cleaning" lady with her(should be fired bc that place was GROSS) and she started recording us so I started recording them and the taunting stopped after her berating me for close to 15 minutes. She told my daughter she feels sorry for her having such a trashy mom. She said I bet you didn't realize this was a ring doorbell. I said um yeah I knew that, I don't live in a cave! I told her it's good that it's recording bc it was documenting her lashing out and towering in the doorway causing me to have to push by her to get in and continue getting my things. I've rented ALOT of homes and this is the first time I've dealt with this madness. Be warned that she is rude, uncouth, and doesn't care about the cleanliness of her rental.
