The property boasts layers of outdoor spaces, including a saltwater heated pool (available outside of January and February) surrounded by spacious lounge decks, a shaded seating area, and a grill for poolside dining. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. \- Pool heat is available for $50 per day and must be requested 24-48 hours before the day of check-in. \- The pool is heated from September through December unless the temperature drops below 50 degrees. \- If the temperature drops below 50 degrees, the pool is only heated for weekend stays (excluding stays in January or February). \- For weekday guests during temperature drops, the pool can be heated upon request for an additional fee. \- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes. Parking Details: \- Parking for 5 cars in the driveway and garage. \- Please note there are strict parking rules. No more than 1 car per bedroom is allowed. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. The kids enjoyed the heated pool and the house had plenty of space for my family of 4 plus my parents. Slightly disappointed in the upkeep of the house, however. Kitchen had a broken cabinet and was lacking in cooking utensils (spatulas, tongs, measuring cups). Light in the master bedroom was not functional. Air filters were full and dirty, but property management responded promptly to change them. We removed a frightening quantity of dryer lint from the dryer, as this is a fire hazard. Roller shades in the bunk room did not work properly. Would consider staying here again, but with some reservation. ##### Paula H. It took us about eight minutes to walk to the beach. The kitchen is beautiful. The sofas in the living room could use a good cleaning. The Xfinity streaming system for watching live TV did not work well, so we had to cast the football games from our cell phones. There is pretty big disparity (size, bathroom acccess) in the bedrooms, so just make note of that for non-family groups. Also, the bottom beds in the bunk room are on the floor. Probably fine for kids, but some adults may have a problem getting down there. It was pretty cold during our visit, but the pool area is lovely. Wish we could have used it! The management company was very responsive before and during our stay. Overall, I would recommend the house. ##### Lorenzo S.
