Immaculate, beautiful and comfortable condo in a perfect location on Folly Beach! As others have mentioned, the condo is within walking distance of fun restaurants, shopping, Bert’s market and the Folly Beach pier! It’s also a quick and easy 20-40 minute drive to Charleston depending on traffic! Two couples stayed and loved the comfortable, king beds with en-suite bathrooms! Be sure to bring shampoo, body wash, etc. as minimal necessities like most beach condos in the South. That’s not a dealbreaker just need to plan ahead. We loved sitting out on the balcony enjoying our drinks and the ocean (never tire of the view and listening to the waves)! The host company and especially Charlie were professional and friendly. We had a hiccup with adding guests to the WiFi, and Charlie took great care of us! Thanks Charlie! Would highly recommend! We hope to stay again! ##### Sharon P. The ONLY negative about this unit is it is on the 2nd floor and we could hear every footstep of the people staying above us on the 3rd floor which would wake us up in the mornings and hear it late at night.
