House Rules: Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM Maximum occupancy: 10 Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM Let’s also realize we are in a neighborhood and to be respectful to neighbors just like at home Smoking: Prohibited anywhere on the property No Tape, or any type of adhesive for celebration signs. This rips our drywall and causes damage. Fridge operation, if the freezer drawer is open even in the slightest, the fridge will not cool properly. Please leave on 38 cool and freezer 0\. Adjusting and packing full, just causes overheating. Please treat the HVAC thermostat like at home. At night cool down, during the day, set normal temperature (around 74-72 degrees). HVAC repairs can take 24 to 48 hours. At check out, leave the sheets on the beds, and used towels can be piled by the front door. Running a last load of dishes and emptying the trash will help the cleaning crew as well. Most importantly, have fun but please be safe. Your safety is our top priority. The location is absolutely ideal, with easy access to a variety of restaurants, shopping, and, of course, the beautiful beach. Everything we needed was just a short walk or quick drive away.The house itself was spacious, providing ample room to relax and enjoy our vacation. It was also impeccably clean, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. One of the standout features was the heated pool, which was perfect for both daytime fun and evening relaxation.Overall, this property exceeded our expectations and provided the perfect backdrop for a memorable beach getaway. However, the bar next door had loud music or live bands almost every night. Luckily, we brought our sound machines and could drown it out some. Stocked well for the most part. The home has a few bumps and bruises, which is typical for a rental during busy season so we didn’t think much of it. The pool is small but very nice on the hot days you don’t feel like packing up to go to the beach! All in all, a nice stay! Folly is a charming little town. ##### Lauren M. The management were receptive and quickly resolved any problems. The AC went out on the first floor and the internet went out. Both were resolved quickly. The only dissappointment was the cleanliness. The floors inside and on the deck were filthy. If you walked bare footed, your feet were brown. The screen back porch had not been cleaned in a long time. The patio furniture was dirty and one bench was broken. The seat cushions were stained. The property had all that we needed as far as kitchen items. The open concept was well laid out, clean and comfortable. Although the pool didn't heat up as well as we would like, we would in a heart beat come back to this location again. You knocked this out of the park. There were supposed to be 8 of us there however 1 of my cousins came down with a cold and didn't come. Two generations of cousins/nieces enjoyed the space. The location is fantastic. It's an easy walk to Folly Beach and the restaurants along Center Street. There's a 24-hour store called Bert's Market that is close and great for restocking food and drinks. The property is new and was really nice. There were a few minor cosmetic issues that I think you would expect with a recent construction, but overall we were really happy. The listing states that it can sleep 10\.
