Located just a short walk from the beach and Center Street’s vibrant shops and restaurants, Bridget's Bungalow ensures a memorable and convenient getaway for up to 16 guests. Features: Living Area: The first floor boasts an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area with stylish décor and plenty of room for socializing. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, and the large dining table comfortably seats 14 or more guests. Bedrooms: First Floor: Bedroom #1: King bed with en-suite bathroom and private deck. Bedroom #2: King bed with en-suite bathroom and private deck. Half Bath: Conveniently located for guests. House Rules: Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM Maximum occupancy: 16 Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM Let’s also realize we are in a neighborhood and to be respectful to neighbors just like at home Smoking: Prohibited anywhere on the property No Tape, or any type of adhesive for celebration signs. This rips our drywall and causes damage. Fridge operation, if the freezer drawer is open even in the slightest, the fridge will not cool properly. Please leave on 38 cool and freezer 0\. Adjusting and packing full, just causes overheating. Please treat the HVAC thermostat like at home. At night cool down, during the day, set normal temperature (around 74-72 degrees). HVAC repairs can take 24 to 48 hours. At check out, leave the sheets on the beds, and used towels can be piled by the front door. Running a last load of dishes and emptying the trash will help the cleaning crew as well. Most importantly, have fun but please be safe. Your safety is our top priority. Directly next to the main strip and walkable to the beach. Close proximity to downtown Charleston. The kitchen was well equipped and furniture was nice. The living room was spacious and it was nice every bedroom had an en suite bath. The screened in porch was really nice for hanging in the evenings and not dealing with bugs.Cons: the floors were very dirty and seemed like they had not been mopped for a long time. The bedding smelled musty and some of the sheets were still wet. The internet connection was horrible despite rebooting the router many times. We had multiple guests trying to work one of the days which caused a lot of issues. The pool is MUCH smaller than it appears in photos. ##### Larissa L. Well located near all the restaurants and nightlife, walkable to the beach, and while the pool is small, it served our group of 13 adults perfectly. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. We had 15 family members staying at any given time and this house was great! The only thing I would change would be a larger refrigerator and a half bath on the first floor. First, the picture of the EV charger that is listed in the pictures is not actually in his unit's parking, but instead, the neighbors' house. Therefore, the charger can't be used when the next door's unit is booked as the charger is in the middle of their unit's parking. In addition, despite daily notification and contact with the unit manager, we did not have internet for 6.5 of the 7 days. This inconvenience resulted in a member of our party needing to leave after a few days as working remotely was unable to be achieved. ##### Jennifer B. We really enjoyed the hurricane proof windows and doors that totally blocked out all outside noise. We didn’t read the fine details of the pool dimensions but it turned out perfect. We set up hammocks on the pilings in the carport area and the kids had a blast. The screened porch was perfect for lounging around and reading as well as dinners outside. The park nearby was perfect for bird watching and we walked our kayaks and paddle boards over to the boat ramp twice. We enjoyed the alley paths to the beach and had felt lucky we didn’t have to fight for parking spots or pay fees for parking close to the beach. The walk was great exercise every day and we settled near the fishing pier and sand volleyball court. So many options for things to do and shop! All of the siblings & grandchildren live out of town so this house accommodated everyone with sleeping & bathrooms. The large spacious common areas on the main & second floor were perfect for extended family & friends who came through the weekend to visit. We discussed renting again for more family time.
