Have fun watching Folly go by from the large private balcony; settle in with a drink on the cozy outdoor sofa and enjoy the sights and sounds of our beloved hippie surfer beach town we refer to as the “Edge of America”. Inside each separate apartment you'll find luxurious furnishings, including a comfy leather Queen size sleeper sofa for added sleeping space, a flat screen TV and cool vintage artwork to play up our hipster vibe. The open floor plan invites use of the well equipped kitchen with custom cabinets, large and small appliances and generous granite counter space, uniting the banquette and living area to make preparing meals and dining in enjoyable. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and has a cleanable filter, and a disposable paper filter can be used if desired. All four bedrooms have a King sized bed with premium quality linens, comfortable bedside furniture with adequate reading light, a flat-screen TV and custom furniture cabinetry. Outside, the live oaks and magnolias shade the back parking area reserved for you to park one vehicle. You'll be just a short walk away from Folly River Park and Folly Pier, where you can fish, crab, catch a meal or shag-dance with locals. Each apartment has a beach cart and two chairs available to use when you're ready to head to the beach. We are dog friendly! We have a one-time pet fee of $110 per dog for reservations up to three nights, and $150 per dog for reservations for four or more nights. The pet fee is added once your reservation is confirmed. This home is 1,800 Sq. Ft. We invite you to come enjoy our perfect beach town for a Folly good time!
