This deck features a convenient outdoor dining area, creating the perfect spot to dine with a view you won't forget any time soon. Take a swim in the Atlantic Ocean or in one of the two community pools. After spending the day either at the beach or at one of the swimming pools, the living area seems like the perfect place to relax and probably even take a nap.

What’s nearby:
This beach abode is in a prime location mere steps from the ocean and sugar-white sands, so if you and your group are beachgoers, you better pack your towel, sunscreen, and your best swimming suit with you! Downtown Folly Beach (less than half a mile away) offers tourists and locals great dining options for all tastes, such as Taco Boy, The Crab Shack, Loggerhead's Beach Grill, BLU Beach Bar & Grill, and more. Sign up for surfing or paddleboard lessons at one of the various rental companies on the island. If you'd like to learn more about historic downtown Charleston's history, then hop in your car and travel 11.7 miles up north. There, make sure to visit the South Carolina Aquarium for a family-friendly option, or The Battery, in case you'd like to learn more about the mansions or the promenade’s role in the Civil War.

Girls Weekend

Condo was clean, beds comfortable. Love the 3 bathrooms for 8 girls. Communication with property manager was always quick and super friendly. Location was perfect, right next to pier, and downtown.

Good choice!

Our family group of six, ranging from age 10 to 70, had a lovely time on our vacation in this condo. The condo size fit our needs beautifully, and it was impeccably clean. The sofas were very comfortable. Some of the furniture was well used and a little outdated, but that was not a problem for us at all. proximity to the ocean right outside the doors and the view from the balcony were perfect. It was a good choice for our group.

Luxury price for average property

Location of this property was great! Beachside and within walking distance of local shops and resturants! We very much enjoyed and took advantage of that! Condo itself was ok! Many things were worn or broke as was the condo property- ok but pools needed some much needed maintenence. Speaking with the property managers were very difficult and seemeed very scripted. Not very many questions got answered pre trip. They gave us early check in but never sent the email to the correct person to get into the condo as was requested earlier in the day after it was assured to us that all people would get information. Overall it was a nice vacation and we were with family but would book elsewhere next time.

Beautiful view, great space for extended family

We rented for my elderly parents to have the best view of the ocean. It was perfect. Managed extremely well, great communication before arrival, gated parking under building, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Responded when we had trouble with the coffee maker. Very pleased with everything!

Relaxing

The property meet all our expectations. The rooms were very spacious and the view was more than we could have asked for. With small children it was nice to have an elevator and a pool. One of the many things my daughter remarked on was that there was plenty of seating on the balcony, no one went without a chair. The staff was extremely nice both at check in and check out. This was our first time staying on Folly Beach and we could not have asked for a more perfect stay, we will definitely be coming back.

Wonderful condo. On the beach!

Already thinking to rebook for next year. This was a 3 generation trip with us, our adult children and the grandkids ages 10 months, 6 and 12 years. The view was fantastic and each family unit had their our bedrooms and baths. The beach was just perfect. We could not ask for more. Our check-in was after hours and we had been given the wrong code to lock box but other than that little mistake... we had a wonderful stay and experience.

Great family time together in-spite of some disappointing things concerning this unit.

Great location, plenty of room!! Having only 2 key fobs to access to/from beach was a a huge inconvenience and needs to be clearly written into the description of amenities. Since Villa 311 is a four bedroom rental, it is reasonable to think 3 families would stay there, each needIng their own fob since it is not only required for pool access (no biggie) but also needed to get back and forth on the beach. This unit was not properly cleaned: thick dust bunnies covered the middle bathroom ceiling vents, sand was left visible in jacuzzi tub, dryer lint screen was left at least 2 inches thick, tile flooring wasn’t cleanly mopped (discovered when my 2 year old, potty training nephew peed on the floor when we first got there and we used Clorox wipes to wipe the floor), master bedroom bath had a lot of mildew and mold under the faucet head (discovered when water was not properly flowing out), threshold was missing to transition carpet/tile. Overall, the unit needs updating! Since it is a beach front property, throw rugs should be placed at all entries. Sliding door from master bedroom is extremely difficult to open and the blinds fall out when opening/shutting. Curtains need to be hung in bedrooms to help block outside lighting for better quality sleep.
