Outdoor living at it's best: 3 decks, screened porch, backyard, outdoor shower, tropical foliage, fire pit and grill! The Space: Brought to you by “Folly & Forge Vacations”, this home is perfectly located - less than a 5 minute walk to the sand of Folly Beach AND to Center St. shops and restaurants, "Happy Ours" is ideal for your large group or family. While there is room to sleep up to 14, the City of Folly Beach restricts our occupancy to 10 guests. The home features large open living spaces, spacious decks, and large backyard with fire pit, there's plenty of room to spread out while visiting. Both comfortable and elegant, this home features upscale appliances, soaring ceilings, luxury linens, and a beachy décor. The gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, bar seating for 4, and comes fully stocked with all the items you need to feed your crew! With a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and full cookware sets, you'll have no problem whipping up breakfast or dinner for the whole group to enjoy. On the first floor you'll find a spacious living area, with comfortable leather sectional and big screen TV. There’s a comfortable bedroom with full size bed off the foyer, and a gorgeous full bathroom, with tiled walk-in shower! Upstairs to the second floor, you'll find 3 Bedrooms and 2 amazing Bathrooms. The Master offers a King bed, spacious walk-in closet, private deck overlooking the backyard, and a breathtaking bathroom with walk-in shower, soaking tub and double vanities. The other 2 bedrooms on this floor offer Queen beds, spacious closets and share a beautiful bathroom with tiled walk-in shower. Upstairs to the 3rd floor, you'll find an awesome Bunk Room with custom built-in Twin over Full bunks, and a game room with a 60-game Arcade system, Foosball table, big screen TV and comfortable seating for hanging out. Off of the dining room, you'll find the spacious back deck with a screened and covered sitting area that includes a comfortable couch and bistro dining set. Another deck offers open air views of the large backyard, with charcoal grill for cooking out! The backyard has a wood-burning Fire Pit and is filled with tropical palm and citrus trees. Pick a fresh lime or mandarin orange for your cocktail right off the tree! An outdoor shower provides a spot to rinse the sand off after a day in the sun. "Happy Ours" is private, but conveniently located near EVERYTHING on Folly Beach making it the ideal spot for your beach vacation any time of the year! We weren’t able to enjoy the backyard as it rained the whole time, but the kids enjoyed the screened in patio to play card games & the loft area upstairs was a hit with the video games. We rented a street legal golf cart to drive us all to restaurants, so I highly recommend that. Works great! The home is also within walking distance of downtown Folly (restaurants, bars, shopping, beach); about 10 min walk. Great live music at Chico Feo! If you don’t have a rental car, it’s not a long wait to get Uber rides to take you into Charleston, which is nice. Was also super easy to get groceries and supplies delivered via Uber Eats, so that is also a great way to stock up without much hassle! Sean was a great host, very responsive to some of the issues we ran into, and very accommodating. The master bedroom bathroom is amazing! ##### Lara C. Most places we’ve stayed the house is great but the yards were over grown, not here. Nice fire pit and a cute little citrus tree. My dad is a carpenter and normally he spends his time finding imperfections, not here! He bragged and bragged on the workmanship of this house. The house was perfect for us. There was plenty of room. The boys loved the game area loft. Everything was within walking distance and Charleston was a short drive. Even had fireworks on the beach right by the house. Sean was very helpful and guided us through the process of staying here. Will definitely consider this house again. ##### Susan S. The house accommodated 6 adults and 3 children perfectly. It was very clean and very close to the beach which were both important to us. We enjoyed the firepit and the grassy area where we set up a game of cornhole. It was great having a screened in porch too. There was plenty of parking for 4 cars too. Great location, house and Sean was very communicative. When we come back to SC we will definitely stay at Sean and Ashleys place as they are top notch! ##### Linda D. House was very clean with a great setup to enjoy time together with your group. Owners communicated very clearly and made the check in/check out process seamless.
