The house accommodated 6 adults and 3 children perfectly. It was very clean and very close to the beach which were both important to us. We enjoyed the firepit and the grassy area where we set up a game of cornhole. It was great having a screened in porch too. There was plenty of parking for 4 cars too. Kids ranged 4 - 8\. The house had everything we needed. The 3rd floor game room and bunks were great for the kids, the bedrooms were comfortable, roomy, and clean. Home was nicely decorated. Best of all, it stayed ice cold despite August feels-like temps over 100\. We loved the outdoor spaces, including the screened in porch and outdoor shower. Too hot to build a fire in the fire pit, but we did make good use of the 2 charcoal grills. Straight shot to the beach on street and trail. Quick access to the main drag with shops and eats.
