It has two separate covered decks; one off the living room and one off of the master bedroom on the second floor, both offering marvelous partial ocean and beach views. This is the only two-story condo in Pier Pointe Villas that gives you added privacy and separation from the living area and bedrooms. It also offers guests convenient access to the beach and even an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand after spending the day at the beach. The unit gets a little hot at night and they have a rule not to set the thermostat below 72\. That was probably the only negative. The rental company was very easy to work with.
