For history buffs, the Old South Carriage Company, Patriots Point Naval & Maritime Museum, and Fort Sumter National Monuments are all great places to tour. Fantastic golfing, shopping, and local eateries are nearby to entertain everyone in your group. Charleston is also roughly 15 minutes away by car and hosts a number of attractions to experience. Easy walk to the beach but recommend driving or using a wagon if taking enough for a family beach day. Check in and check out are quick and easy. Resort pool is small but enough for relaxing, and kids loved it. Condo was clean and appropriately appointed. It is located across the causeway from the center of town/beach, and we could conveniently walk across when we didn't want to drive and have to find parking (we were okay walking the 1/2 mile or so).
