Each of the four bedrooms boasts its own en suite bathroom, ensuring convenience for everyone. As part of this exclusive community, you'll have access to two sparkling swimming pools, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the South Carolina sunshine. This oceanfront retreat offers the ideal blend of breathtaking views and effortless convenience to Folly Beach! \*Please note, the condo is currently undergoing renovations and updated photos will be added in the near future\* Bedrooms 1 and 2 are dual primary bedrooms offer one king bed, each including direct balcony access providing exquisite sunrises & ocean views. Imagine waking up to the sound of the waves and stepping out onto your balcony to soak in the coastal scenery. Bedroom 3 is equipped with a queen bed and ensuite bath. The 4th bedroom has a set of twin beds and also an attached full bathroom with additional access from the hallway. Take dolphin watching, shelling, paddle boarding, kayaking, and fishing tours from various companies based on Folly Beach. Rent bicycles for an alternate way to travel around the island. Wander down on the far east end of the island to the Morris Island Lighthouse beach - a favorite among locals and visiting guests for frame-worthy photo opps. There is parking for 2 vehicles in the parking lot with the 2 parking passes. If you have more than 2 vehicles, you would need to utilize street parking.
