This Villa sleeps 6 and features an open floor plan that includes a kitchen, dining room, and 2 living rooms. The dining table seats 6\. Atlantic Breeze directly faces the ocean, allowing for unobstructed panoramic views of the beach from the 27-foot private balcony. The balcony provides plenty of space to sunbathe, dine, play games, read, and relax in colorful, comfortable chairs. With two separate living rooms, your family will have plenty of space to enjoy time after a long day at the beach. The oceanfront main bedroom features a king bed and a full en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, soaking tub, and a separate shower. Down the hall, the second bedroom is furnished with 2 twin beds and a shared full bathroom that is also accessible from the hallway. Free parking is available with parking passes for 2 vehicles. Per HOA guidelines RV's, golf cart's and any other recreational vehicles are not allowed to be parked on the property. The community pool is open April-October (exact dates can vary depending on weather). Grills are not allowed, and no community grill is on site. 2 elevators are available in the building. While we manage this property, we do not manage the maintenance of this building which includes the elevator. The presence of an elevator does not indicate that the home is ADA compliant. We do not provide beach equipment, but anything available at the property is yours to use. Check-in time: 4 pm. Check-out time: 10 am. The Folly Beach noise ordinance is from 10 pm to 8 am. No pets allowed. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA and are not allowed in properties unless specifically designated in writing as “pets considered” and approved by our office. No smoking is allowed in or outside of the condo. House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, etc., are prohibited. The occupancy can be at most 6 people at any time during your stay. We require 50% payment at the time of booking. The remaining 50% of your balance will be due 30 days before the check-in date, and we will run the card on file. Property is exactly like the pictures portrayed. Plenty of room, updated throughout, and tastefully decorated. Kitchen was well appointed and all but one bed has a mattress topper which makes them very comfortable. Very easy check-in process and communication with the owner/manager. Would like to have a broom accessible, but there was a vacuum for those times coming off the beach to not have sand on the tile floor. The location was fantastic just a few minute walk to the pier and all the action on Center St. Condo was beautiful and clean. We personally did not care for the mattress pads but I suppose you could take them off. Having the pools and elevators in the building was crucial. Aug 31, 2023 #### Exceeded Expectations The view alone was enough to make me love this condo. It was really nice to have 2 separate sitting rooms and 3 full baths. MyOceanRental was very attentive and responsive, though we didn't really need anything that they had not already provided. My body has a lot of city miles on it and the biggest issue for me in most rentals is the bed, but these beds were firm and supportive! Very comfy place to stay! We vacationed in July and found the Condo to be very clean. The kitchen is well stocked and all the appliances were in excellent working condition. The bedroom and baths were clean and there was ample room for our party which consisted of four adults and three children. Ocean Rental was awesome to work with. We had a small problem with some summer bugs in the kitchen when we first got there and one email to them had a maintenance man come the next day to take care of the problem. The view (oceanfront) was excellent and the access to the two pools and the beach was fabulous. Beach is smooth and sandy and very clean. The only negative I would have to report on would be at both pools there are no places for shade. No umbrellas at all. The summer heat in July is unbearable and if you want to just lounge for awhile this makes it impossible to stay at the pool for any length of time. The pool water seemed clean although the sides of the pool could have been cleaned a bit better. Overall, we had a wonderful time. Charleston is just a 25 minute drive so it was fun to explore the town also.
