Oceanfront Nest Up is an upstairs duplex unit that sits oceanfront and can accommodate up to 8 guests comfortably. In total there are four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Three bedrooms have king beds, one a queen and all have Smart TVs for your enjoyment. The kitchen boasts all stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops. Take the spiral staircase up to the private master suite loft and you will find your very own accommodations that look out directly onto the ocean. It is truly a sight to be seen! Follow the double doors out to your own private deck area which leads to your access to the sand. There is plenty of area to lay out and sun or cook out with the family. The entry point to the path to the Morris Island Lighthouse is less than a block away and would take just about 10 minutes on foot. Off street parking is provided and can accommodate up to 3 vehicles for this unit. Oceanfront Nest Up allows up to 3 well behaved, house-broken, flea treated dogs with approval. Please include the breed and size of your dog when you inquire. All photos are current and accurately depict the property. Please book with confidence. It's as good as pictured. Funishings and bathrooms were nicely updated. Separate bedroom space is great, including the upper private bed and bath upstairs. Little hard to keep the home cool with hot temps and instructions in the book at check-in state that renters aren't allowed to lower the thermostat past 72 degrees which wasn't great for sleeping for our family. The beach is right off the house. It’s a quick walk to the lighthouse viewing area. The house was very clean and they provided you with a starter pack of dish detergent, a sponge, garbage bag, toilet paper, paper towels, toiletries, laundry detergent. They also had skim boards to use on the beach and puzzles. The deck had two big umbrellas for shade, a comfy couch and a big dining table. Plenty of seating inside for everyone. We had 8 people staying. The water pressure was excellent with plenty of hot water. The house leans towards the beach which wasn’t a problem for us at all but getting up every morning felt like we were on a boat. The floor was sagging in the hallway leading towards one of the bathrooms and the floor tile was cracked but they are going to fix that immediately. They also replaced broken umbrellas immediately as well. The host was very responsive. There is a cute little town to eat and walk around on a day that isn’t great for the beach. Plus they have plenty of grocery stores that are a quick drive. We ate at Kanji, Coconut Joe’s and LoLo’s. They were all very good. We stayed in March, which was a little chilly for the beach but still had plenty of time to play in the sand. They also had an outdoor station to clean off after the beach which was very convenient. The view for the sunrise was amazing! We got up for it every morning. The kids loved the swing chair. ##### Kristine L. We did a crash Course of historic Charleston and surrounding areas We walked the Arthur Ravenel junior bridge, which was a lot of fun. We drove out to Cypress Gardens and paddled around in the swamp. Saw some gators. Even though all the flowers were not in bloom, it was still a beautiful place to visit. Every morning we stopped for coffee at the food truck called Deadlow on Center Street. Excellent! A friendly young girl named, Stephanie Worked there. She gave us great Suggestions on what to do around the area. Highly recommend! The deck is awesome and provided a perfect spot to go down to the beach and relax. Our dog had a great time bouncing back and forth between the house/deck and the beach. Inside the house, the rooms are exactly as shown and were made up perfectly for our stay. We really enjoyed the visit and are looking forward to coming back to Folly Beach soon. ##### Brendan C.
