King in master bedroom, 2nd sleeping area has double bed. Dog friendly. It is located at the 7th street beach walkover for quick and easy beach access, approximately a 100 foot walk. Only a six block walk into town for dining and great entertainment. This is a townhouse unit in a building that has three units. WE ARE PET FRIENDLY! PLEASE SELECT THE "PET" BUTTON. Maximum 2 dogs and we do not accept cats or birds. The pet fee is $95.00 plus tax and covers both dogs. Please let us know the breed/s and weight/s of your dog/s upon booking. . Maximum 4 overnight guests. Primary Renter must be 25 years or older This is not an event house We are pet friendly with a pet fee - max two dogs (only). If the dog’s weight is over 50 pounds, contact us for approval. Children are allowed This is a non-smoking house - smoking is permitted outside. We provide beach chairs and beach towels - Anything left on the beach overnight will be removed by beach patrol. – You will be charged for chair replacement. The bed was super comfortable and every thing was clean!! We have rented the other units in this building and just like the other ones this unit was great!! We greatly appreciated Miss Alicia (really sweet lady) and the property. My husband, my son and myself with our dogs really enjoyed this cozy and well-equipped condo. We brought our bikes so we could easily get to Central if we wanted. Literally 20 yds from the beach and right @ public access 7\. Fenced yard, great rate and awesome location was why we chose this over others. Would definitely stay here again!! Thank you so much. ##### Kaylon S.
