There is free public parking in front of the house. You can reach the pedestrian zone on foot and all important facilities. Shops, bars, bakery, pastry shop and restaurants are nearby. From the forecourt you go through the entrance door into the house and enter a corridor. From here you come to the three double bedrooms and one of the two bathrooms. The second bathroom can be accessed directly from one of the bedrooms. The corridor also leads to the living room with a comfortable double sofa bed, an armchair and satellite TV. From here it flows into the kitchen-diner. Here you will find a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher and oven) and a dining table for up to 8 people. The kitchen-diner is very bright and airy thanks to its window front facing the sandy beach. Three French windows lead you directly onto the beach, where you can set up your sun loungers in front of your holiday home. From the kitchen-living room and from the beach you can enjoy breathtaking sunrises and sunsets and have a fantastic view over the Gulf of Follonica from Punta Ala to Elba. L'host sempre disponibile e gentile. Posizione della struttura impagabile, di fronte al mare. Uscendo si trova un buon ristorante, Tiburon, dove abbiamo cenato in pratica tutte le sere. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Der Check-in lief unkompliziert ab.Das Haus liegt in der ersten Reihe des Strandes. Auf der Straßenseite des Hauses befindet sich schräg gegenüber ein Restaurant und zwei Häuser weiter ist eine Bar. Das Parken auf der Straße ist kostenfrei möglich, allerdings braucht man ein wenig Glück, um einen freien Platz direkt vor dem Haus zu ergattern.Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet. Gekocht wir mit Gas. Ein Elektrobackofen und eine Spülmaschine sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Zusätzlich zur vorhandenen Nespresso-Maschine wäre auch ein Wasserocher ideal, aber wir kamen auch ohne aus. Das WLAN ist mit Hilfe eines Mobilfunkrouters realisiert, so dass die Geschwindigkeit vor allem tagsüber recht bescheiden war.Im Haus waren auch Sonnenliegen und ein Schirm vorhanden. Ihr Zustand ist allerdings nicht mehr ideal.Wir waren als vierköpfige Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern da und für uns war die Lage ausschlaggebend. Trotz geringer Abstriche waren wir im Großen und Ganzen sehr zufrieden und können das Haus gerne weiterempfehlen. ##### Alexander O. Die Lage direkt am Strand ist ein Traum. Der Gastgeber Herr Dyken war jederzeit erreichbar und selbst der Kühlschrank der während unseren Aufenthalts kaputt ging wurde innerhalb 24 Stunden ausgetauscht. Die Ecke um das Casa Levante ist mit Restaurants und Bars sehr belebt, da kann es am abend und in der Nacht auch mal etwas lauter werden, grade an den Wochenenden. ##### Anja K. We could have breakfast sitting on the table while the kids played in the sand a couple of meters from us. The city centre is only 10 minutes walking from the apartment. The first supermarket is less than 5 minutes away. All three bedrooms have air-conditioning. We found the apartment properly cleaned. Although the apartment has no private parking, public parking is abundantly available nearby.. unless, you take the apartment in the busiest season, i.e. the middle of August. La casa ha tutti i comfort e il proprietario è sempre stato molto disponibile. La spiaggia libera di fronte non è mai stata troppo piena e la sera si è sempre ravvivata di gruppi di amici che consumavano (come noi una volta a letto i bimbi) birre o cocktails al chiaro di luna e senza troppo chiasso. Appena fuori dalla porta c'è una piazzetta carina con ristorante e bar, oltre ad altri servizi vicinissimi che permettono di scegliere se cucinare o cenare da asporto.
