"Nice, recently built facility. Quiet. Clean. Offering large room and extra-large bathroom. Extra-accomodating staff. Three minutes from 'superstrada' though secluded in the quiet small town. Easy in-out location with free parking next to park and a nearby small museum. Good buffet breakfast."
"Maurizio at the front desk was extremely rude. As soon as we walked into the hotel Maurizio basically barely looked up at us and left us standing at the counter as he walked into another room. He did not want to deal with an American and only started to give us a tiny little bit of respect when he realized my mother is Italian. He seemed extremely annoyed that we even walked in. When we finally checked into this hotel and found the air conditioner not working, we went back to the front desk to...
"The hotel is excellent. The staff are very helpful and welcoming. The a/c was not cool enough for August. The desk clerk arranged a taxi for us to dinner and the taxi returned exactly on time. The breakfast was very good and abundant. Comfortable bed and very nice clean bathroom. The city #1 bus leaves the train station and takes you to Agora bus stop directly in front of the hotel in a few minutes. Buy tickets in the train station bar. The bus does not run at night. The Old Town was further...
"Good clean hotel, good breakfast, nice people, reasonably priced, and maybe a 10 minute walk from train station. We have discovered that Italian hotel rooms sometimes have tiny showers but the "door" to this one needs re-thinking: a multi-fold contraption on two sides (three?) that can sort of be coerced into closing partway but not completely, and not without taking bites out of the already tiny shower space. Sort of cute in a well-meaning-but-frustrating sort of way. Otherwise the room and...
"We stayed at Casa Mancia for one night, while walking on the Via Di Francisco. It's a nice hotel, beds were comfortable, it was clean, bathroom was nice. We had a simple, but tasty (nice cakes) breakfast in price. I'd say it's a nice place to stay especially if you've got a car. For us - it was a bit far from the city centre (over 20 mins by foot), but still we were happy with our stay in all regards."
