The outdoor spaces are gorgeous. Pictures really don’t do this property justice! Quick and easy 15 minute drive to Dreamspark. The game room downstairs was well equipped, and so much fun. The house is nicer than the pictures on VRBO and is set up nicely for a big group. The game room is full of fun and was enjoyed by our kids. The house is about 15 minutes from Dreams Park and 10 minutes from Cooperstown. We cooked a few meals at the house, but don't miss the Fly Creek general store on the way to the house. ##### Marcia R. Found this gem last minute and it is a hidden gem. Beautiful place along the creek, with great backyard, great rooms, and plenty of space. Will be back. ##### Justin S. Our family had so much fun, kids in the game rooms, played by the creek, S’mores in the backyard. It’s close to all but far enough to give you that country home feel. Owners were amazing. Very spacious and the kids (and adults) had fun with the game room. Super quiet and peaceful.
