The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 19 m² apartment with mountain view for rent in Flumet, which can accommodate up to 2 guests. Located on the 2nd floor (with elevator), it comprises a pretty 19 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. We're waiting for you!  
  
The apartment comprises  
\- 19 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area  
\- A fully-equipped kitchenette with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob...  
\- Sleeping area with double bed (140×190)   
\- Bathroom with bathtub  
\- Separate WC  
  
Outside area :  
\- A 3 m² balcony with furniture and a view of the mountains to enjoy the sunny days.  
  
The apartment is ideally located in Flumet, in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops are close by, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...all within a 100m radius.   
  
Activities :  
\- In winter, the Diamant ski area offers a multitude of winter sports activities: skiing, Nordic skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, tobogganing, yooner and biathlon lessons. But there's a whole host of other activities too, including themed trails and orienteering courses, and last but not least, discover Mont Blanc from the sky with a hot-air balloon ride!  
\- Near Megève  
\- In summer, come and enjoy the beach at the Flumet lake, discover the 30 mountain bike trails, abandon yourself to the 300 km of marked hiking trails, set off on a Trail or climbing course on the Carrière site or go fishing on the banks of the Arly.  
  
Transport :  
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private parking lot.  
  
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:  
\- Shuttles between Albertville station and Flumet  
\- Nearest train station: Albertville, approx. 30 km away  
\- Nearest airport: Geneva approx. 100 km; Lyon-Saint-Exupéry approx. 160 km

\- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (hire and payment to be made to the laundry).   
\- Private ski room in basement.  
\- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
