### Wooden chalet retreat with spa and large garden

At Petit Floyon, this wooden chalet is accessed via a short flight of five steps.  
  
On the ground floor: Open-plan kitchen with induction hob, fridge-freezer, oven, and microwave. Living room with 80cm TV, DVD/DVX player, and a 140 x 190cm sofa bed.  
  
The bathroom has an 80 x 80cm shower cubicle and a toilet.  
  
Upstairs, a landing bedroom (not enclosed) with a 140 x 190cm bed, a 140 x 70cm child's bed, and a small bedroom with two 90 x 190cm beds.  
  
A cot and highchair are available on request. No Wi-Fi.  
  
The 19m² covered terrace is furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue.  
  
The 3,000m² enclosed grounds include a secure pond and a swing set. Private parking secured by a gate.  
  
Utilities included (water, electricity, heating oil). Additional services available: bed linen, towels, cleaning package, and outdoor spa (open year-round - optional extra, please contact the owner directly). We would be delighted to welcome you, whether you are a couple or a family, to this village located in the Avesnois Regional Natural Park, between Avesnes-sur-Helpe and La Capelle (Aisne). Why not leave your car behind? The Avesnois region is a true treasure for walkers, cyclists, and even horseback riders, with numerous picturesque sites to discover.  
  
With its verdant meadows, hedged farmland, and gently rolling hills in its southeastern part (marking the beginning of the Ardennes foothills), the Avesnois is often nicknamed the "Little Switzerland of the North." It's an ideal place to take a break, spend a holiday, go hiking, and discover all the local treasures.  
  
Supermarket and bakery in La Capelle (6.5 km, racecourse), Maroilles (19 km), Avesnes-sur-Helpe (15 km), Maubeuge and the Val Joly resort (water sports center with windsurfing, pedal boats, paddleboarding, aquatic center, horseback riding, etc.) (30 km).
