Very clean, comfy bed, good water pressure, still got great cell phone signal. Enjoyed sitting outside with the birds singing. The only thing that would’ve made it perfect is if the night sky had been clear while I was there. I really wanted to Star gaze. This is a great place to get away from the hubbub and decompress. The town of Floyd has plenty of good local restaurants if you don’t want to cook. I wish I could’ve stayed longer, so I could’ve hiked, but I was on a short visit and had to help my friend. Maybe at sone point the owners will get done Adirondack chairs for the yard. I had my own camping chair, I think I saw they had 2 chairs in the corner of the kitchen. ##### Teresa M.
