Nestled in the resort area of Floridia, Italy, just 3 km from the town center and 15 km from Siracusa, Villa "Giugiò" offers an idyllic vacation rental surrounded by lush greenery and a sunny ambiance. The private 1,200 m2 fenced property boasts a lush lawn, shady trees, and an inviting swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 120 - 140 cm) available seasonally from April 1st to October 31st. Enjoy the convenience of a shower/WC in the pool area, an outdoor shower, a basketball court, garden furniture, and a barbecue area. Internet Wifi, parking at the house, and heating (available from December 1st to March 31st) ensure your utmost comfort.  
  
Outdoors  
Immerse yourself in the great outdoors at Villa "Giugiò". Relax in the serene atmosphere of the property's 1,200 m2 fenced area, complete with a lush lawn and shady trees. Take a refreshing dip in the stunning swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 120 - 140 cm), available from April 1st to October 31st, and unwind in the pool area equipped with a shower/WC and an outdoor shower. Challenge yourself to a game of basketball on the property's court, or enjoy alfresco dining with the provided garden furniture and barbecue facilities.  
  
Other Information  
While enjoying your idyllic holiday rental, keep in mind that the property's 1st floor is closed and not occupied. Additionally, adjacent to the villa is a warehouse for oranges and lemons, where citrus fruits are occasionally loaded and unloaded. A car is recommended for your convenience during your stay.

Villa "Giugiò" is conveniently located within proximity to various attractions and amenities. Grocery stores are just 3 km away, with a supermarket at 7 km and restaurants at 6 km. Grab a quick bite or refreshment at the bar located 3 km from the property, and the bus stop is only 4 km away, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas. The railway station "Siracusa" is 15 km away, and the sandy beach "Fontane Bianche" is a scenic 21 km drive. Nearby attractions include the Necropoli di Pantalica (32 km), Noto (38 km), Marzamemi (53 km), Ragusa (65 km), Catania (70 km), and Modica (72 km). Outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy hiking trails at the Riserva Cavagrande del Cassibile (20 km) and the Riserva Naturale Faunistica Vendicari (42 km). For winter sports enthusiasts, well-known ski regions like Punto Partenze Sud Escursione Etna are just 100 km away.

You will find a spacious 4-room villa with an area of 150 m2, situated on the ground floor. The living/dining room features a cozy open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. There is one double bedroom equipped with air conditioning for your convenience. Additionally, there are two rooms, each containing two beds and air conditioning units. The kitchen-/living room area is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, gas stove with four gas rings, a toaster, and a microwave, along with a dining table for your enjoyment.  
  
Amenities Included  
Your vacation accommodation offers a range of amenities to enhance your stay. Enjoy the convenience of a washing machine, iron, children's high chair, and a baby cot suitable for up to 2-year-olds (available at an extra cost). A hair dryer is also provided for your grooming needs. Stay connected with free WiFi internet access throughout the property. Parking is available for one car, located just 10 meters away. Please note that smoke alarms and fire extinguishers are installed for your safety.  
  
Other Information  
Step outside and experience the pleasures of the outdoor space. The villa boasts a spacious 70 m2 roofed terrace, complemented by a 9 m2 porch area. Relax on the terrace furniture, fire up the barbecue, and unwind on the deck chairs (five available). Enjoy the picturesque views of the swimming pool and the garden from your own private haven. The property also features an exit leading directly to the terrace area.
