I’ve stayed at this hotel several times and used to love everything—the cleanliness, the service, and the breakfast—but my last two visits were disappointing. I stayed in a "suite," yet the bathroom wasn't very clean and the bedsheets had stains on them. The carpet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. The hallway leading to the room had a strong musty smell that carried into the room itself; I had to use air freshener to get rid of it. As for breakfast—I know it’s a continental breakfast, but in the past, they used to offer variety, such as different egg options. This time, for three days straight, the eggs were hard-boiled and cold, the waffles were tough, and the pancake machine wasn't working properly. On two of those days, there was very little apple juice, and the orange juice ran out before breakfast service was over. I go to breakfast early because we had to head to the parks, so it wasn't a case of showing up late. I hope they improve these things for future guests; personally, I don't plan on returning, which is a shame because I really liked the hotel—it's in a great location close to everything.
