Pros: We love the location!
Cons: I remember the bed/mattress being much nicer- A little to firm for my taste.
Location: Mallory Square is the best place to watch the sunset.
We had a wonderful experience at the Westin. I would recommend to a friend.

Expensive

Common areas messy. Room temp hard to control. Thirty dollars a day "resort fee". On top of already very high cost for room.

Great location/loud air conditioner

Posted 8-Apr-2016
Pros: The cleanliness of the room, the bathroom and shower.
Cons: Air conditioner was way too loud. Same a/c was in a Holiday Inn in Key Largo. If I am paying double the Holiday Inn rate, I want better (and quieter).
Location: Sunsets at Mallory Square, Clinton Square Market, Duvall Street
Location, location, location! My room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the decor was impeccable, the bathroom and shower were beautiful, contemporary, and high-end. The only issue I had was that the air conditioner in the room was very loud. I stayed at a lower--end hotel on my way to Key West, and that (much) lower end hotel had the exact same air conditioner as at the Westin. The a/c was so loud it kept waking me up. I had a partial view of Mallory Square and the gulf/ocean. Staff could have done a better job explaining the amenities of the hotel and layout of the "campus" as the hotel is spread out among at least three structures (main building, building that contains lobby, and parking garage). I was not aware there was a pool until I was checking out...

Great hotel right on the edge of KeyWest

Great hotel with a great location. Cruise ships dock nearby. Beautiful sunsets. Right in the middle of all the Key West festivities, yet secluded and quiet

Not what was advertised

Posted 12-Mar-2016
We purchased a partial water view for $500 per night. If you leaned over the balcony and peaked through the trees you could maybe see the water. That is before the carnival cruise ship parked there. The room was big and awkward, didn't have art on the giant walls and didn't have a tv big enough to see from the bed across the empty room. Wish I would have asked for a different room.
