Was charged a girls amenities fee, we got there late and checked out early, did not use any,

Great hotel and location (but no beach). Staff is very friendly. Tim the bartender is super! Disappointed by this year's reduced breakfast hours (later start) and extremely limited dinner menu. They have rebranded the restaurant as the ReelBurger Bar and now the menu is basically burgers. Luckily there are great off site dining opportunities. Furniture in guest rooms is worn and in need of refresh.

Steve, Thank you for choosing Amara Cay Resort to stay. We appreciate your feedback and will give your suggestions to the proper departments. We do our best to make our beach as welcoming and inviting as possible. All the beaches in the keys are man-made. As you may have noticed we have no waves that is because the coral reef is located 3 miles off shore and the coral reef stops all the natural sands from coming ashore and making the natural beach. Thank you so much for mentioning Tim our bartender we try to make all our guests feel welcome. We will certain let him know. We hope that you will come back and visit us again

Best staff ever... excellent food... saw the general manager often and he was amazing... already booked a trip back in the fall!!

great location and outdoor facilities. some normal amenities for a 4 star hotel are lacking in the room - no room service available
