"This property is outdated. The bathroom had rust, chips on the door, stained tub and a mold smell to it. The wooden furniture was chipped. But you get what you paid for. I’ll never stay here again. If your funds are low, you’re in a bind , you don’t care about esthetics, and you don’t mind people smoking weed out front, then this is the place for you. "

"I booked two rooms at this hotel, my bank declined the second charge for the second room because it thought it was a fraud. When I showed up, the hotel canceled the booking for the second room. Me and my family had to leave with no place to stay at 2:30 am in Miami. Hotels.com attempted to get me a refund from the hotel the next day but the hotel still refused."

"Juanita was the best! Great customer service. Great vibe there. My family stayed the night on our way to the Keys. We got there early and they let us hang out by the pool until our rooms were ready, we grilled out and had a blast! Rooms comfortable and very clean."
