Situated in a lively and dynamic neighborhood rich in services, restaurants, and traditional shops. Located on the third floor of a typical Florentine building without an elevator, the apartment features a bright and spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchenette, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. Upon arrival, our guests will find a courtesy kit to meet their first needs (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.). The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone. Check-in is by appointment from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a supplement will be applied. Service limitation: Air conditioning in Italy is regulated by national laws that set a minimum temperature of 20°C and a maximum of 22°C. The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. The apartment was lovely with plenty of natural light with windows. Charming with plenty of space for 1 and would be great for 2 people. Nice area and I felt safe staying there by myself with deadbolts. My only minor complaints were that the air conditioning was on that the room was very cold. But that was a quick fix by turning the AC off. And the overhead fan in the bathroom was extremely loud if you accidentally turned it on with all the switches. After 2 minutes, it was off, though. Communication with the host was effortless and quick. The location is tucked away behind a few alleys, but it’s quick to get to/from the main streets. It’s in a neighborhood with many high-end designer stores as well as local cafes. The apartment itself was clean and well maintained, though it lacked a few supplies like toilet paper and paper towels. However, the host provided a bottle of water and Prosecco to welcome us. Another inconvenience is that the building has no elevator and it’s located on the third floor, but this is only an issue if carrying heavy luggage. Also worth noting that the staircase has no lighting, so a flashlight is needed at night.
