It is a quiet and bright flat, and the location and the age of the building give you a charming atmosphere with very high standards. The apartment (40sqm) has one bedroom and one bathroom and it can accomodate 4 people. As you enter, you will find: the living room with a pull out sofa (160 cm), the dining area, the fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a bedroom. Suite del Duomo is provided with free internet Wi-Fi, Lcd TV, dishwasher, oven, microwave with grill, kettle, toaster, table sets, air conditioning, private heating, hairdryer, ironing facilities. The apartment has been redecorated and renewed in 2010, but the location and the age of the building give it a charming atmosphere in a very high standard comforts The apartment overlooks over a courtyard but for the guests there is a wonderful terrace on 6th floor. Right in the middle of everything with easy walks to all that you would want to see. However, we had some issues with some basic items. The rotating plate in the microwave had been replaced with one that is too big so it would not rotate. The coffee machine was missing parts. We found some in a cabinet. The freezer was full to the door with frost. The bidet would not drain and the knob on the shower (wand or shower head) was missing making it difficult to operate. Each by themselves is not huge, but together made the experience a little less than we had hoped for. The apartment was small and there was not a terrace. Our host responded to our needs quickly. The only thing that wasn’t true to the pictures was the rooftop patio. Check in and out was super easy and effective. Unit was in great shape and owner gave useful restaurant recommendations.
