The ideal place for couples or families who want to visit the historic center of Florence on foot, close to all the city's attractions. The apartment has just been renovated and is located in one of the most beautiful and prestigious street in the center of Florence, on the 2nd floor of a historic building (therefore without a lift). The accommodation consists of: living room with dining area, equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 bathroom with shower. They can accommodate up to 4 people, ideal for a family or two couples. Main services available: air conditioning (in all rooms), heating, tv, free wifi, sheets, towels, soap, equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, coffee maker, toaster, iron and ironing board. For those arriving by train: The apartment can be reached on foot (15 min) either from the central station of Santa Maria Novella or from that of Campo Marte. For those arriving by car: The apartment is located in a restricted traffic area (ZTL). Parking area There is a private parking called Garage Oriuolo just in front of the house (if you park there you can enter into the restricted traffic area with your car avoiding the fine). Public bikes Using the App "Mobike" you can easily rent public bicycles (the orange ones you can find in the streets of the center or through the App). Fußweg 2 m. Nächste Umgebung, ganz viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und für uns als vierköpfige Familie, perfekt. Wir hatten eine große Küche, haben aber auf das Kochen verzichtet, da es in nächster Umgebung genügend Möglichkeiten gab, die schnelle Pizza auf die Hand oder ein entspanntes Essen im Restaurant. Walking distance to everything. The apartment was clean and comfortable. An easy two flights up and wide stairs for moving luggage. Only downfall—no washing machine. First, the location is phenomenal. You can easily walk to/from the train station and you are close to everything. Nothing felt out of reach and we did not have to use any transportation while there. Second, the apartment was beautiful and spacious. The beds and couch are comfortable; we appreciated the air conditioning, quick wifi and and the interior decorating touches; and it was so quiet inside the apartment despite the noise on the road outside. Finally, Lorenzo, the host, was so communicative, patient, and made everything a breeze. I could not recommend this place more highly. ##### Jessica L. Close to lots of the places to see in Florence. Easy access and directions given at the apartment. Indeed steps from the Duomo!!! Beautifully decorated! Would stay here again. Apartment was just as listed and an excellent location for walking the historic district. Communication with our host, Lorenzo, was always prompt and he was very helpful with our arrival. There were plenty of restaurants and bars on the same street as the apartment. However, the street is relatively quiet at night. Our only problem were other guest in the building who had a couple of late night parties. As others have mentioned there are three flights of steep stairs that lead to the second floor apartment, so be prepared to make that journey with your luggage. Bottom line, one of the best VRBO experiences I’ve had traveling the world, and would stay here again. ##### Robert O. It was exactly what we needed for a trip to Florence. Restaurants, bars, sightseeing within easy walking distance. Host was very responsive when we had questions. It was clean and plenty of room for us. The location was so great if we needed to come ‘home’ mid day to take a break from the heat and all the exploring. Beds were comfortable. Loved the keyless entry - so conventions. We needed to reach the host upon arrival and he was very accommodating . So glad we chose this properly and would book again in the future ##### Amy V. The apartment is really nicely decorated, very spacious and comfortable beds. The location was excellent. Very centrally located. Lorenzo had great communication with us before booking and while we were there. Very responsive and easy to get in touch with. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. If we go back to Italy we will definitely stay here again. If his place is available- book it before someone else does! ##### Janet H. Very cute and clean apartment in the middle of everything you could possibly need! Beds were super comfy. Communication with the owner was almost instantaneous.
