The host was extremely friendly and welcoming, which made the stay very pleasant. The room itself was clean, but quite small, and the facilities inside were old. Overall, it’s good . Close to Florence Central Market, Cathedral, and other tourist spots. Run by a friendly and helpful couple. Basic, but clean and functional, although the bathroom was small and rather tired. Useful communal fridge and microwave. Short easy walk to both railway station and historic city centre. Fomos muito bem recebidos, a equipe foi super atenciosa e prestativa, o que nos deixou bastante confortáveis durante a nossa estadia. No entanto, infelizmente, tivemos alguns problemas com o quarto. O chuveiro foi um grande inconveniente, pois em um dia não tinha água e no outro, quando havia, estava fria. Além disso, a cama me causou uma reação alérgica inesperada. Não sei se foi o produto de limpeza ou algum tipo de material da cama, mas passei a noite tossindo e não consegui dormir bem. Fiquei triste em relatar isso, pois a hospitalidade foi ótima, mas esses problemas afetaram muito a nossa experiência. It was full of mosquitoes and were all bit up. There were no fans available so we had to leave the window open a little or we would have roasted in the room. Also the double bed had one side sunken in. The tv was a size of a small computer monitor and the stairs to climb up to the room had the railing super wobbly.
