Very Bad hotel. Not Recommended! Bathroom is shared with other 4 people rooms. Only two toilets. Breakfast is nothing but only snacks and coffee. Bed is not comfortable to sleep. Price is too much for the bad facilities. This property shall not be in Expedia.

Dear Tom Kumar Thank you for the review. We are disappoint with your opinion. It is clear that we have only rooms with shared bathroom, it is write i the name of the room too. You booked a double room and the price was for two people, you was alone ok, but you booked the double and you didn't advise us you was alone. And also you didn't communicate us your arrival time and this didn't give us the possibility to welcome you better. Our breakfast is a package breakfast, it is the only that we can offer to our guest. Maybe you booked a the last minute and you didn"t read well all the information about our property. Best regards.

Many thanks to Marisa, I had a great 2 night stay. Room was clean and the air con was lovely. Bathrooms are cleaned every day and towels provided in your room. I didn't opt in for the breakfast so can't comment. Great location, 5 minute walk to the train station and from there you can easily navigate to all the main sights, plazas and restaurants. Marisa was so lovely and welcoming, she booked a tour for me...the day tour to San Gimignano, Siena and Chianti and I highly recommend this. I was travelling alone and felt very safe and comfortable here.

Cozy hotel in a convenient place
Stayed for two nights here and loved it! The owner is very kind and helpful and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. Super conveniently located near the central station. Only downside is the noise from the street can be loud at all hours of the night - I slept with earplugs to block out the noise. Aside from that it was a lovely stay and I'd definitely book it again.

Really nice place for reasonable price
The Place is close to the city centre, 2 bathrooms which is really handy, nice and clean rooms. The only disadvantage is the noise from the very busy street outside the window! But there are the shutters which level the notice down because apart that is nothing else what could be done.

Close to everything but an awful place to stay.
We feel it's important to give other people a heads up of what we experienced. When we arrived there was no one in the BnB to let us in. We had to call hotels.com to get the codes to let us into the building because the owner was not answering his phone. Apparently the owner had sent us an email to let us know that he wouldn't be there and to give us the codes. We checked and had received no email. Even still an email was hardly enough notice for a family travelling to Florence that day. So that was a pretty awful start to our stay. It's also worth mentioning that the exact same thing happened to another man the next day, and we had to let him into the building. Following this we discovered that our room had no soundproofing against the busy traffic outside. The windows might as well have been non existent for all the noise they blocked out. We had to wear earplugs for our three night stay. In conclusion, we would advise against staying here. The proximity to the city (about 10 minutes to Il Duomo) was not worth the hassle. On top of everything the breakfast was pathetic; a few packaged croissants and bread.

Alles in allem Ok.
Die Unterkunft an und für sich ist schön. Leider ist eine extrem stark befahrene Strasse mit einer Unterführung und die Bahngeleise direkt neben dran, so ist es v.a. auch Nachts sehr laut im Zimmer. Die Unterkunft war ansonsten sauber, einzig das Bett hat z.T. etwas muffig gerochen.

Bien pour un court séjour
L'accueil y a été parfait. Marisa est très gentille et professionnelle. La chambre était propre et fonctionnelle avec un frigo et même un micro-ondes. Les salles d'eau sont propres (peut-être un autre pommeau de douche serait plus agréable). Endroit proche de la gare et donc loin de rien. Le seul bémol est le bruit à l'extérieur et même entre les chambres. Ceux avec un sommeil fragile peuvent être dérangés.

Buen lugar en relación calidad y precio
Es un lugar bueno en general. A un costado de la estación de trenes y de lugares de interés turístico. El personal fue muy amable y atento con nosotros. En relación calidad precio es un buen lugar.

Derzeit leider ein Flop
Leider war vor der Unterkunft eine Straßen-Baustelle mit Presslufthammer. Und leider arbeiteten die Bauarbeiter nachts, so dass ich trotz Ohrstöpsel nicht schlafen konnte. Ich fand es ziemlich unfair, dass dieser Umstand nicht vor Buchung mitgeteilt wurde, sonst hätten wir das Zimmer sicherlich nicht gebucht. Die Gastgeber waren jedoch sehr nett und wir durften die 2. Nacht in einer anderen Unterkunft 2 Straßen weiter übernachten, wo es auch ruhig war.

il soggiorno è andato benissimo, camera grande, luminosa con tutti i comfort, armadio,frigo, microonde, bollitore, tavolino e sedie. tutto molto pulito,anche i bagni,nonostante fossero in comune li abbiamo trovati sempre puliti. La signora Marisa gentilissima! tutto molto positivo

Utmärkt litet guest hous som har vad du behöver. Trevlig personal som möter upp när du kommer. Låg utmed stor väg och tågen ganska nära men det hördes inte så mycket, värre med snarkande grannar...lyhört invändigt. Och ett generellt problem i Italien så även på detta ställe är hårda kuddar! Så ta med din egen om du som jag är känslig. Ligger lite åt "fel håll" från centrum med allt ståhej men ändå gångavstånd 10-15 minuter.

욕실및 화장실은 공용이지만 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 제가 급하게 숙소를 잡았는데도 친절하게 응대를 잘해주셨습니다. 다만 스탭이 항상 상주하지 않고 정해진 시간에도 자리를 비울때가 있어서 조금 불편했습니다.

Merci pour votre review. La proximité du centre historique peut donner de problèmes de bruit. On est en train de trouver une solution, dans certain chambres nous avons replacés les fenetres avec de nouveaux, on est en train de le faire dans toutes les chambres. 房東會介紹旅遊景點，並推薦景點與餐廳，所推薦的都很好 房間也乾淨整齊，吹風機浴巾早餐都有準備，房間還有冰箱微波爐熱水壺 只有與街上隔音較差，怕吵不易入眠的人不適合

駅に近くておすすめて
駅から歩いて１０分弱くらい。キレイなフラットで全部で4部屋とバスルーム２つです。清潔でお部屋もキレイにされています。ホテルに人がいないので事前にメールで建物への入り方等詳しく教えてくれます。キッチンはありませんが廊下に電子レンジと部屋に電子レンジと湯沸かしポットがありました。

Se dovessi ritornare a Firenze sicuramente alloggerei ancora in questo hotel, è comodo in 15 minuti sei in centro e vicino c'è la stazione ferroviaria!!! Lo consiglio vivamente!!

アパートはほとんど無人。でも前もってメールで詳しく利用方法を教えてもらえます。 大変きれいで、私の部屋はベランダがついていて、洗濯物を干すロープなどがついていたので、快適に過ごせました。 台所には調味料や食器、鍋など、何でもそろっています。フィレンツェ市民を経験できます。

Un hostal ubicado en una zona con bastante ruido
Guest house ubicado en una zona exageradamente ruidosa y muy transitada por coches. No hay personal de planta para hacer el chek in. Desayuno muy deficiente.
