It’s all about location.
Amazing location, could not ask for a better spot in Florence. Close to absolutely everything. Apartment was spacious, with wardrobe space, coat hangers, iron and a small table top ironing board however hard to use when there’s no table near a PowerPoint. Bathroom has everything. Shower and spa bath, double sink. Shower needs a little work as the shower attachment is almost falling off the wall. Spa bath was relaxing, however twice we had a large chunk of hair spit out of the jets once we turned them on. A little off-putting. Biggest issue was the hot water only lasting a very limited time. Not enough for two showers, or to refill a bath that has chunks of hair in it. Bedding is decent, old mattress that dips in the middle but comfortable enough. Windows are old, like all of Europe, so it’s not sound proof. Being in such a central area, noise was its only downfall. Wifi is amazing. Overall, super convenient. Nothing that can’t be fixed if the owners want to. Service was helpful. Enjoyed our stay, but we aren’t super fussy.

Beaucoup trop cher avec les frais supplémentaires
Studio confortable et tres bien situé, avec une vue sur la place de la Signoria. L'agence nous a laisser rester juqu'à 14h le jour du départ Mais: bruyant, eau chaude limitée ( pas possible de prendre 2 douches successives) et pas de chauffage. On nous a demandé 80€ pour le nettoyage de ce petit studio de moins de 30 m2, pour un séjour de 2 nuits et un jour! C'est le prix demandé pour une semaine , nous sommes restés 2 nuits et un jour et c'est tout à fait abusif!
