Located on the second floor with lift of an elegant building in the Santa Maria Novella district, in a central position, right in front of the station, a stone's throw from the historic center, the Fortezza da Basso Exhibition Center and the new Opera Theater in Florence. , this comfortable apartment is ideal for visiting the historic center of Florence on foot, for business trips or to participate in fairs and events, and can accommodate up to 4 people

The apartment is located on the third of an elegant building in the Santa Maria Novella district, in a central position, right in front of the station, a stone's throw from the historic center.  
Bright and modernly furnished, the apartment is equipped with all the comforts that will make you feel at home, but away from everyday stress.  
Entering the apartment we directly access the large and bright living area furnished with a comfortable sofa, which if necessary easily transforms into a double bed, a cabinet with TV and dining area, with table and chairs, and the fully equipped kitchenette. what you need to prepare breakfast, lunch or dinner whenever you want.

Five min walk you will be at the Cattedrale di Santa Maria Del Fiore and Cupola del Brunelleschi.  
Among the streets you will found bunch of restaurants and bars.  
Supermarket is just outside of apartment's building.  
Location is perfect for people who visit Florence during events in Fortezza da Basso as apartment is 10min walk from there.  
THE DISTRICT  
The apartment is located in Santa Maria Novella district, right in front of the station in a very central position, in a residential and central area of ​​Florence, in a well-served neighborhood and ideal for families on vacation, as well as for business trips, five minutes walk from everything you want to visit in Florence.  
  
Within walking distance you can appreciate the San Lorenzo market.  
Start your visit to the San Lorenzo Market by discovering the outdoor section of the market, which runs along several streets surrounding the famous Mercato Centrale. Hundreds of stalls on either side of the street with vendors selling pottery, clothing, notebooks, souvenirs and various leather goods including bags, belts, wallets and jackets. Take your time looking around and make sure you have seen everything before you start spending.  
The Central Market is a two-level food market, making up the second half of the San Lorenzo Market. The Mercato Centrale is in a beautiful building designed by Giuseppe Mengoni, the same architect who designed the Galleria Vittoria Emanuele II, and built from 1870-74 when Florence was still capital of Italy.  
On the second floor you can also have your lunch or dinner in the several restaurants.
